Ahhhhh... you knew this. Alas, we did not. We threw out possible reasons in response to your post. If that info had been in the first post our answers likely wouldn’t have included concerns about financial differences or discomfort about money.
In cases like this I prefer to assume the person suddenly remembered something or was having bodily distress and reacting to it, rather than assume it’s something I said wrong. Because I can go to “something I said wrong” very easily, and I prefer not to torture myself whenever possible.
