Hello,

As we are offsite, the odds of getting fp for the ladies will be equivalent to winning the lottery (and if I won the lottery I'd cancel the rental home and book us all at some concierge floor deluxe anyway...:rotfl2:)

So, if I were to send DH trotting up to A&E at rope drop, what are the odds on how long we'd have to wait? We are seven in our party, can we go do a couple of rides and catch up to DH in queue or is that super frowned upon?

Thanks!

The wait can vary quite a bit--depending on your luck and positioning anywhere from a few minutes to more than an hour. One person holding spots for 7 would likely be frowned upon.

Oops, I meant to explain, of the seven only the two girls would 'cut in' to do the m&g...

super frowned upon.

In addition it's not an easy line for people to join other people in - you'd have to 'excuse' yourself through a lot of folks in what can be a cramped line.

If you read the disney policies spot holding is frowned upon. It's one thing if some one has to take a young child to the bathroom while waiting in line. But it's completely diffrent to be holding the spot so others can be off having fun.
just imagine as you are waiting in line how much more time that adds to every one else. Sure you alone is a short time but if every group were to do that the people farther in the back go from a 15 to 20 min wait to an hour

I will admit I'm to the point where If it's not a parent with a small child coming back from bathroom I say I'm sorry I have to wait so do you
