A&E meet and greet during MNSSHP

Do A&E still continue meet and greet during MNSSHP or they stop at 7 PM ?
Just wondering so that i can be at a look out when booking fast pass to make sure the system isn't giving me a party time FP+ on a Halloween party day.

1. A&E meet during the party for party guests.
2. There are no FP+ reservations after 6:59 p.m. on party nights.

Do you know if this goes for MVMCP too? And how do the A&E lines compare to a non party night?

There are no FP+ for anything during MNSSHP or MVMCP.
