I have 5 more days. And a major snowstorm. You've all heard me complain about the city and our 2, 3, and 5" storms. They're predicting 8-12" and maybe 17" on Tuesday into Wednesday (soooooooooo glad we leave Friday). Someone wanna join me in the betting pool on how long before my road gets cleared?

Anyway, I can't get my husband to even think about packing. "Do you know where your shorts are?" "in the closet." (We have a walk-in) "Would you mind finding them?" "yes." Oh, okay.

I'm at the point, though, where I'm lying in bed, planning what to pack, how many suitcases to take, whether or not we want an additional carry-on for the flight... and how much cash to take.

So jealous of all of you that are leaving soon!!

Michigan! You shouldn't have to worry about OUR snow. Parts of Canada might. AND it's going to be followed by abnormally cold winter temps. Brrr.

I know Detroit Metro handles 5" of snow just fine. We flew out one time when 6" of snow came down. We were a few hours behind, with a de-icing, but it was a direct flight so, well, no big deal? And if Detroit can do it, Logan damn well better!!

3 days more for me!!! I'm nearly peeing my pants. Went to a party with James last night and he was unenthused because he said he was too focused on Disney!!!

All my shopping is done but I still need to pack. DD just came back from California and hasn't emptied out our suitcases yet!!!!

I like Deck 12, midship, starboard side. That way you can see the show, but your not in the middle of that madness! You also get good views of everyone who came out to Jetty Park to wave to the ship as she leaves!

Question: Is anyone going to have a list/ paper/ white board on their door for us to check for any upgrades/ GTY assignments? Were GTY but have no room # yet for the FE... this could be problematic. (Although, we could just deliver the first day so everyone has our room #...)

Four more days till we leave for Disney. St. Louis is suppose to have an ice storm tomorrow so I might have a snow day. Just will give me more time to pack.
