I have had those kind of mommy meltdowns too. It's never my fault...usually DH's. LOL!

I think Claire is just about the same height as Demetri. I measured her last night in stocking feet and she is just under 48 inches. Maybe with shoes she'll make it. But I also can't really rely on my measureing with a fabric tabic measure either. LOL!

For some reason I thought Claire was older but I just realized she's the same age as Demetri isn't she? He'll turn six towards the end of February. My gosh how time has flown!

Also, I think RnR is a little intense too so I can't blame you for being glad Demetri had to wait until next time

Ooo, sorry it was your last day. Then again, I guess there's no good day to have a bad day. In our busy family of five and with Ariana's needs, it can be tough for Demetri to get that special one on one time. He loves it! What will you be doing while Olivia is off with Toby?

I was barely able to take the ToT picture I was laughing so hard at his expression!

Olivia would love some just Daddy time. She is a big Mommy's girl since I stay home with her, and since Toby works some really long hours, she doesn't get to see him as much as she (or I, or Toby) would like.

I will probably enjoy some quiet time!!!! In all actuality I will probably end up riding some rides that Toby won't go on or Olivia is too short for!

That picture of Demetri reminds of a video and some pictures I have of Olivia on Goofy's Barnstormer just after she was tall enough to ride it! They crack me up every single time I look at them!

Hi Whitney! Yeah, this day was one for the books alright but I know how to fix it for next time.

When we go back Demetri will be seven and a half (waaaa, that sounds so far away!) and he'll be more than ready!

Oy...what a start to the day!! I'm a lot like you I try to make sure I have plans that will make everyone happy...it can be disappointing when it doesn't work out!!

I'm glad Demetri ended up having such a great time at his special lunch with Mom! That is awesome!!

I got way behind again, more computer troubles I've been without one for about 2 weeks so I went and bought a new lap top. The only problem is I can't get it to post my pictures from photo bucket!

Sorry to hear you missed the Christmas parade. The parties always seem to be the quickest 5 hrs they just fly by and everything is so spread out its impossible to do it all. It sounds like you had a lot of fun though. I loved your photo pass pictures.

I'm sorry you had a bad day at DHS. I think we plan so hard and for so long and build up our Disney vacations in our minds sometimes they just can't live up to it. I had a mommy meltdown at Epcot this Oct. so I know how it feels.

I recognize some of the street performers in your pictures that we met this year too. I love watching them so does River. Hopefully my computer problems are behind me and I can stay caught up now.

Sure! I use Photobucket but I think you use Facebook right? I haven't done it through FB so I can't help you there unfortunately, but if you use Photobucket, it's the IMG Code that's available to choose from when you rest your mouse on the file in your album. Just click on it to copy and then I use CTRL+V to paste it in your message.

Here's my fireworks from Pop video again.... I was using it as an example to do while writing out what to do!

I love meeting the characters. I wish the lines weren't long to greet them but oh yes, the memories are forever. Everything looked so yummy from Starring Rolls.... the kids said their M&M thingie was delicious!

Wonderful Photopass Pictures! This one is my favorite:

So, so sweet. It brings tears to my eyes and really shows that Disney magic!

We’d checked in outside and were sitting on a bench while we waited to be called in when suddenly, he caught sight of something in the window. His eyes lit up and he caught his breath quickly to ask, “Is that Special Agent Oso?!?” just as he ran to the window to plaster himself against it. Poor people at that window table didn’t know what hit them! At that moment, we were called in to our table and we headed inside to see Handy Manny bopping by. Another jaw dropping moment for Demetri and he was a very happy little boy.

This is so cute! I can picture it completely. What a GREAT surprise! How was the food there? I am tempted...

So sorry to hear this day was a rough one. I understand how sometimes little things pile up.

I know what it is like to have one of "those" days in Disney. I am glad to hear though that it got better after that. I love the fact that they have Handy Manny and Agent Oso at Hollywood and Vine. My nephew would love that!
