a disboard ?

I am unsure of where to put this ? so I decided to put it on this board. It seems like when I e-mail for tech support I don't get an answer. OK, so here is my ?

Under my user name it states I have 6 unread messages(not private). How do I clear these messages?

I don't know what a not private message is, but if you go to your private messages there are 3 boxes, In, sent, and tracking. YOu can open those and clear them. Again, I have never seen messages not private. SoOrry.
