A DIS stalker's first pre-trippie...It's D-Day (Disney Day)!!

My toilet paper likes to skinny dip!

Unless I find Granny's original toilet paper dolly, our toilet paper is going to stay on the roll or in the LINEN CLOSET where it belongs - NO PUBLIC DISPLAY OF NAKED TOILET PAPER in OUR house!!

I am disgusted at the personal hygeine of my toilet paper... I am constantly finding toilet paper droppings all over the bathroom!

That's it...I think my thread has gone right down the toilet!!! :lmao: :lmao:

So I have made another purchase and this is a really thrilling one. Thanks to tnmomof4 who told me about these sunscreen wipes!

Also, for any of you that I meet that want to exchange LGMHs (lime green Mickey heads) here is what mine will look like...

Next installment...Some more ideas...

I am so glad you found them! I think they are going to be so easy to use.

I just got my first stack of LGMHs. I got 20 of them. Am I supposed to cut them out and glue two together? Or just not worry about the back?

What I didn't realize about the wipes is that there are only 12 in each packet. I misread the sunscreen factor and thought that there were 30 in each. Doh! Since I only bought 2 packets I need to go back and get a couple more.

I peeled the LGMH off the back of the paint sample. Then I wrote my DIS name on it. I will be laminating the heads once I get them all done. I definitely would not worry about the back of them. Most people that you give them out to will use them for scrapbooks. When I posted the one above I put it on a Post-It Note. Now I may attach them to the notes as I like the looks of that and then laminate them.

Don't forget you can always crochet your own--took us about 30 min or so to do these lovely ones!

That's why you gotta cover it up!

Where did you get the wipes?? AE hates sunscreen but she's blindingly white so she burns very easily. I have resorted to chasing her with a spray bottle in the past...:sad2:

I like your mickeyhead dots on your i's :thumbsup2
Why thank you ma'am! :cutie:

Toys R Us in the baby section where they have the first aide stuff. I think they are a great idea! :thumbsup2 We will probably use the spray in the morning and take along these wipes for touchups later. Or even use them for the face because I hate spraying my hands and then wiping them on their faces. I don't think I ever do a good enough job. This should make it easier. I am lucky my kids have nice Italian skin inherited from their daddy so they don't burn as easily as I do.

Today I decided that I need to do some sort of print-up of all the rides at all the parks. Then I will have Evan and Alec circle which ones are the ones that they absolutely positively cannot miss. I want to make sure that if time is not in our favour then we will make sure we at least get the tops ones done. I don't foresee any problems but I am also curious what they will choose. I think I will print up mini pictures of the rides because Alec can't read too much yet.

I got another idea from the Passholder weekly email that suggested getting "dog tags" made up for the kids with important info just in case. I got one of these dog tags made up for our dog Jake at Wal-Mart at a machine they had and it was really cheap and great! They had all sorts of shapes and so I may do that for our kids, putting Rob & my cell phone #'s. I'm not sure how to attach them to the kids, maybe necklace like. We'll see. If I do it, I'll post a picture.

Next installment...Very thrilling purchases!

I buy the Water Babies face stick... looks like a giant chap stick. It goes on easy, and without getting in their eyes. I keep it in the back pack pocket for touch-ups.

I read somewhere to have them pick their favorite 3. That way they don't go nutty circling things. My kids would circle 90% of the rides!

Allears has some great pictures of all the rides. Last year we used that to plan by. They also loved the planning DVD and the AAA book! Avery still has a copy on her nightstand that she "reads" a couple times a week!

That's a great idea. I worry about something happening to my kids, even though they are right by us. Mainly at the play areas, and Tucker at the pool. You could attach them with the black cording they sell at craft stores for necklaces. I would worry that a cheap chain could irritate their skin if they get sweaty. Another option is the metal ball chain like from real dog tags... I think craft stores would have those as well. Your boys would probably like those better. And you could do Brookie's with some cute beads or something!

I peeled one off and it curled up.... so I think I'll cut the rest out. (in my spare time.. yeah, right....) :lmao: :lmao:

DM you posted when I wasn't looking :rotfl2:

I made a complete list of all the rides in all the parks and we all had our own column for must do, yes, maybe, no and we ticked what we thought (I know my DD's are older though!) But it has knocked off a few rides :thumbsup2 Although there were a couple where they all said no and I wanted to do it so tough it's on the schedule :lmao:

If the kids are wearing sneakers you could tie the dog tag on to the laces!

I peeled some of them off and glued them back to back, then covered with contact paper and cut around the shape. A few I glued the whole card back to back and covered with contact. I used a hole punch to make a hole in the ear for attaching to things.

DM haven't seen you around for a couple of days, what have you been up to??????

I don't like the face sticks. I tried them and it seems like I'm rubbing grease on their face. It was too awkward for me.

I printed out the All Ears attraction sheet with summaries on them and copies some of the pics on the computer. I think I'll have to sit them down at the table and go over the rides with them or I'll be using up all my printer ink!

I'm still trying to figure out about how to do it. Brooke doesn't always want to wear necklaces but I still like the idea for Brooke. We'll see...

Well you are just not that crafty now are you? I tried cutting them out at first but did better with peeling them.

I think they will be wearing sandals most of the time. :confused3

See? Some people are crafty! :thumbsup2

Not much to write on the PTR. Wait...I just thought of something! Wait for the next installment!
