Still day 3, April 30th
After a nap, yes I said a nap, I headed back over to Epcot. Dont know if you noticed, but I have been in WDW over 24 hours and havent gotten on a ride yet. I walked straight over to Future World and grabbed a burger at Electric Umbrella. Hey what happened to the fixins bar

??? It was ok, nothing to brag about.
From there I head over to TT and go in via Singles Rider line. Psych

, they let me through as the last pre show is finishing. So I walk right through to the line on the other side of the preshow. So I am assigned a number to stand on and there is a large group who is confused about who will be in what car etc. Next thing I know I am the only adult riding in a car with some pretty young kids, all the adults in their party are in the other car, and they dont speak English and I only speak English. Yes, I am monolingual. The youngest (who had the most beautiful brown eyes) is seated right next to me. All I can think is if there is a problem, I am the only adult and I cant talk to them. Next thing I know we are at the safety check where you pull on the yellow strap. No one else in the car understands that they need to pull on the strap. So now I have them looking at me, yep the monolingual Puggymom. The one next to me is looking scared

and all I know to tell these kids is me llama puggymom (and I dont even think I spelled that right). It is over 20 years since I had HS Spanish. The cm just shrugs her shoulders and we are off. Luckily the rest of the ride goes smoothly and we are safely dropped off.
Next up Mission Space. I love this ride, the spinning version only for me. I love that quick face lift you get, saves a bundle at the Plastic surgeon. Again no wait, walk right through where I am assigned a number, there are 2 other people there already, who havent ridden this yet. The woman is getting really nervous and now I am too. I like my outfit the way it is, dont need to accessorize it with someone elses dinner.

We go through our pre-training and board our spaceship. I decide to leave a seat between me and them as there are only 3 of us assigned to this spaceship. Well, we all made it Mars and back with no one losing their dinner. For which I am grateful.
I walk over to the Seas as I havent seen the new Nemo ride yet, again no wait, boarded very quickly my clammobile. It is cute, but will not be a must do for me on future trips. Though my goddaughter will love it I think.
It is a little after 8:00 and decide to see if I can get on Soarin before Illuminations. Posted time is 40 minutes, but the line doesnt look bad, so I get on it. And so do THEM!

You all know and ,ahem, love THEM

. That family, you know, where the kids can do no wrong, they are just peeeerrrrfect. Yes that family. And this was a large brood of THEM. When I get on a line I always leave plenty of room between me and the folks in front, this way if I need a little room, I have it. THEM, were right on top me. One of THEM had those one of those VIKING horn hats from Norway on and I was poked a few times. I tried to be subtle about things at first and even the very nice family in front of me was getting annoyed. I finally turned around and somewhat loudly said EXCUSE ME!!!! The parents didnt take too kindly to that, but cmon, how many times am I expected to get hit with horn????? The very nice family in front of me sort of adopted me the remainder of the time we were waiting. Our reward
Row 1, middle section, thats right, PRIMO seats.

THEM had to look at the bottom of my feet the whole time we were Soarin over California.

HA, take that THEM.
It was now close to Illuminations time so I headed over to WS. I found a great spot between Canada and England. I do love this show and dont think I will ever tire of it.
This is where I just love staying in an Epcot resort. As the mass of humanity is heading toward the front of the park after Illuminations, I am heading to International Gateway and a short walk back to BC, to hit the hay!
