All right...so this is a bit of a story, but I really need the help!

I did two college programs, one in Spring 2006 at GMR and one Summer 2009 on Sunset Blvd. I'm now seasonal. And here's where the problem comes in.

For some reason, I no longer have hub access. Are there any other CPs or CPs turned seasonal or CMs in general who can give me a hand? Is there an email address I should contact, or a particular phone number? I need to go back and work for the last week of January or first week of February, and I'm starting to panic a little! My email address is celizabeth.nicholas (at) yahoo (dot) com; it's probably not a good idea to post the info on a forum...

Thank you so much! I really appreciate any help anybody might have.

You need to log on to The Hub every so often, otherwise it locks you out. Unfortunately, to reregister, you need to do so from a computer on the Disney Network.

As a workaround, you can submit your Casual Temporary availability directly to the Labor Service Center by calling (407) WDW-LABOR.

If the change was recently made, it's probably still adjusting your "settings". After I did the CP I became a Campus Rep and I didn't have Hub access until they changed my status to a rep. But if you became seasonal directly following your summer CP, then, as the person above stated, it probably is an issue of not signing into the Hub often enough.

Thank you for the help!! I tried calling 407-WDW-LABOR, but it kept telling me it wasn't a correct number. Is there a different number I should try?
