1. Does POP have monorail service to the contemporary resort? If I utilize this service do I have to show some type of ID?

2. Approx. How long would the magical express take to get to POP from MCO?

3. Is there anywhere near Pop where I can pick up a rental car that the resort will directly take me to?

Thank you! :cutie:

No monorail service.
Monorails are only:
Magic Kingdom >TTC > MK;
Magic Kingdom > Contemporary > TTC > Polynesian > Grand Floridian > MK; and TTC > Epcot > TTC
You need to take buses from Pop to anywhere onsite
No ID needed

Approximately 35 minutes

Alamo has a rental location at the Car Care Center, near the Magic Kingdom parking lot; you can arrange in advance for a shuttle to pick you up.
Alamo/National has a rental counter in the Dolphin - take a bus to MGM, then walk or boat to the Dolpin.
Several hotels on Hotel Plaza Boulevard have car rental counters. You could take a bus from Pop to Downtown Disney, then walk - or call the various agencies and find out where their office are in Lake Buena Vista, and if they provide transportation.
And, as always, Enterprise will pick you up.

But, no, the resort will NOT take you anywhere.

If your going to rent a vehicle, why don't you rent one at MCO:thumbsup2 , there are three right at the airport, Budget, Dollar and Alamo. Right now Alamo has the better rate, atleast on a full size car. There is an Alamo in the Disney area, but the rate is a lot more than at the airport:confused3 . If your worried you'll get lost getting to Disney from the airport, you won't, everything is pretty well marked. :) Atleast in my opinion.
