A couple of ?? about WOC Fast Passes

We're down to almost one week until we leave!

I'm trying to figure out a few things for our group:

1. If we use our EMH to get WOC tickets, can we also get fast passes for RSR? Would you recommend doing that, or will it take to long to do both?

2. Can one person in our group get the fast passes, or do we all need to be in line?

3. If we do WOC on the weekend, would you recommend going to the earlier or later show? Is the later show any less crowded?

1. Actually there are no FP distribution durin EMH. At least not for the rides. I don't know. about WOC though. Im guessing thats a perk?

2. Nope one person is fine. In fact its preffered to cut down the line.

3. Before it didn't matter much. But now based on my experience this summer the second show is way less busy now and that means better views. .So yeah my advice is do the second one but YMMV.

Hmmm...I called DL today and they said they actually recommend getting FP for RSR during EMH. Maybe I'll call back tomorrow to confirm. Thanks for the advice on the other two!

Agree with fctiger, there are no FPs during EMH. However, you can get in line for RSR FPs and be first when the line opens (at park opening). But it would be a shame to waste your EMH waiting in line for FPs. You should be able to use most of the hour riding rides in CL and looking around, maybe eating a quick meal at Flo's, then rushing back to get in line for FPs. The line may look long, but moves quickly. If you decide on the second WOC show, then there won't be any rush to get those FPs -- they may not start giving those out until the afternoon.

If you have EMH go ride RSR right off the bat. Then get online for the Fast Pass. They open the gates at 8:30 to alleviate the lines at the turnstiles, but they can only go as far as the rope line. The EMH's are in front on it, so they can get on the FP line in front of the rope after riding once if you get in early enough.

Then you can go get the WOC fast pass. The WOC fast pass doesn't effect the FP for anything else. Hope you can get a blue fast pass, but the yellow wasn't that bad. Note that in the front you can get wet(sprays) and of course that is where my kids wanted to be.

You should be fine for WoC. We picked up FP around noon twice this week and got yellow section. Not sure when the blue tickets were gone. First time a CM was handing out the tickets, you just needed to show your park tickets and he would give you the WoC FP. The next time we went we put our park passes in the machine and got them.
