Looks like you had a ton of fun in Magic Kingdom. Great update! I'm upset about the People Mover narration changing. I have only gone to Disney in the past two years for my very first time and never got to hear it. I went on the People Mover for the first time just a few months ago on my most recent trip and I tried to listen for the "Mr. Tom Morrow" thing and never heard it. I was disappointed. I hope they bring it back since I heard they did over the summer than took it away. Grr... I just have to give thumbs up to Space Mountain since I love that ride Update ASAP!

yeah it was a lot of fun! I always feel like we go to the magic kingdom way 2 late in my family's trips. that's really sad that you never got to hear the Tom Morrow joke it was corny but it was always fun to hear it. And yeah space mountian is soooooooo fun! The trip before this one the ride was shut down for massive refurbishment so I hadn't been on it since 2008. Luckily that changed. One of my friends was there for the Disney College Program and I found out from her that they were now taking pictures on space mountian so obviously i had to take my picture of the ride picture. It makes it easier to post on facebook 2.

Oh, I miss the old spiel on TTA, aka the People Mover too. I don't know why they had to change it! I have to laugh at the comment about the lady looking like Angelica's doll. That is too funny but now that you mention it, it does sort of look like Cynthia.

Your SM ride picture is cute. I usually look like a freak in it.

I know right? I have a few WDW attractions I feel like that about. One the big ones for me was when they changed the mexico ride. I understand why they changed the premise of the ride and i do like the three cablleros and everything, I just wished the kept the song the played in the it's a small world room. My mom and brother and i love to sing that song and my brother had wanted to take his fiancee on that ride cuz he always talks about that song. He was very sad when we told him it wasn't on the ride anymore. and about the cynthia doll, my mom was the one who originally statred saying that and then we both started referring to her as cynthia. I loved rugrats when I was younger so that is a compliment to the lady. and thanks about the space mountian pic I never look amazing in those pics but i love to take the pictures of them anyway. They make great memories! I love that space mountian has added that feature.

Hi everyone

So last time I left off with us just finishing going on Space mountain and now we were ready to get our fastpasses for Big Thunder Mountian. I think I said this earlier but splash was closed for refurbishment on this trip so we weren't able to go on it we decided to go over into fantasyland and check out some of those rides. we went around to fantasyland through the way by columbia harbor house and we saw that haunted mansion had a small wait so we decided to go ahead and check it out. Unfortunately for us they were just finishing up the interactive queue so we did not get to see it on tis particular trip and it felt a little clasturphobic to me in there because of the tarps over the visuals in the queue (and i'm not normally a clasturphobic person!). but luckily we were only in that section for a little bit and we moved into the stretching room (I love the effects of this room) and then a little bit after that we moved onto the ride. The last time we rode that attraction in August 2009 when my mom and I went on splash mountain we had a young guy who was probably just a little but older than me do the safety bar check that they do when you enter your doom buggy before entering the next room. This particular guy was really good at being creepy and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. well, my mom was the one sitting on teh side that they come up on for the lap bar check and once the bar was lowered he continued to stare at my mom and be right in her face. He was there for a while and my mom knew he was good at his job but she didn't know he was right by her face so she turned to me (I however did notice this) and she told me that the guy was so creepy. I responded with a casual yeah he is. I figured she was refering to the fact that he was sitting right in her face. So then she sat back to enjoy the ride (we were just about to enter the next room, the guy was still there and it was low lighting) and she finally notices that he is still there and about an inch or two from her face. well, my mom doesn't have personal space issues but she scares REALLY EASILY. so when she noticed this she screamed really loud (Like when she first saw the movie Disturbia loud) and I didn't realize what she was screaming about so I screamed 2. The guy was gone at this point (He was probably laughing his head off ) I then asked he what happened and she told me that the guy had been right there in her face. I then told her that I though that she knew he was there since she mentioned how creepy he was. She then told me she had no idea and that is when we both lost it completely and we couldn't stop laughing for the entire ride. Everytime we would gain composure we would start laughing again. If you were on the haunted mansion during EMH on August 23rd 2009 I apologize if we disrupted the ride for you in any way. I then called my dad and brother and couldn't even talk through the story without completely losing it so my mom had to tell the story. Anyway back to this trip. SO this time when we rode it it was uneventuful and we actually we able to watch the ride. After our ride with 999 happy haunts we decided that it was a good time to go back over to fantasyland. We chose to ride the merry-go-round and we were able to get another fastpass so we got ones for phillharmagic and they ended up being good for both whinnie the pooh and phillhar magic. Defintely getting some of that disney magic. . We then decided to go back over to tomorrowland and we saw the laugh floor comedy show, which we always apperciate but we never get picked I can't remember when this happened or if it was this trip at all but one time we went over to the laugh floor and we were next to one of the kids that they picked and my mom ended up showing up on the screen because she was the one next to the kid. How cute right? So then after that point we decided to go and see that loveable alien named Stitch (well, techincally I guess he is still experiment 626 at this point). The first time i went on this I nearly threw up when they did the chilli dog smell but ever since then we have just simply lugged our noses and that has worked for us. I loved the movie lilo and stitch so obviously I enjoy the ride. I love the way the grand council woman says the word, Naughty. I also love the way they pronounce the words earth and florida. After that apoint we decided to go over to adventureland for some dole whip and more rides

i will post the pictures soon, I just need to re sort them out and just organize them. I didn't want to leave all of you hanging so I at least wanted to give you a word account of the day.

Hi Everyone! Sorry i've been MIA on this trip report for a while. I have had alot of projects due lately for school so between that Relay For Life, and auditioning for a show last weekend (I'm going to be a townsperson in Music Man ) I have had very little time be able to DIS. Hopefully I get an update in soon so I don't know. I would do it today but I don't have much time because my mom is taking me shopping for my birthday tomorrow I hope all the moms have a great mothers day as well

It's okay. I completely understand. I don't know how I've been able to get enough time for updating with school and all. :/ Well congrats on your role and happy early birthday! (My birthday is the day after, of course )
