I was on the TTA in MK and my dad and i were just going into the space mounatin area of the trip when its really bright and as we go through we see the closed down space mountain being worked on. We got to see all of the twists and turns we take during the ride. A real experience i bet no one has seen before

Welcome to the DIS futureimagineer!!!!! Unfortunately, this happens often at MK and we've seen the lights on and them working on it several time on TTA. It's awesome isn't it!!!:wave2:

We have video tape of going through SM with the lights on:D I thought it was cool:earsboy:

Darn! I've been to WDW 18 X (that's alot of TTA rides) and never been lucky enough to see SM with the lights on. Just gotta keep trying!

I have some pictures with the lights on. Very kewl to see. We had a fastpass for SM and when we went to use it the ride had broken down. So off to TTA right away to hopefully see it with lights on and we weren't disappointed! :cheer2:

I know--isn't that wild? That happened to us one time a few yeras back, but unfortunately we forgot to take pics! Ever since then, we always have our camera ready when we're in the Space Mt part, but it hasn't happened to us since!

Those photos are amazing. It doesn't look anything like it 'feels'. It appears much smaller in the photos.......I guess thats part of the Disney Magic!
