Awesome update. I love when on Test Track you get to just skip the room at the beginning and go straight to the ride. It makes it so much quicker.
And btw the chicken looks so yummy

Me too, it saves you a lot of time. Although, if it was your first time riding it and you had to skip the room, then you wouldn't understand everything.

The monorail is so much fun. And it sounds like you had fun at MK, too!

I guessed it right?!?!?! I thought that ride was cute when we were there...I didn't realize it was so long, but when your having a good time, whose keeping track of the time??? Your food looks so good, I'm going to gain weight just reading. Can't wait to read more about it!!!!

another great update!!! and such a full day!! you guys managed to get alot in!
the bike ride looked like lots of fun , the chicken dinner looked good--your brother sounds like my son Dayne he either eats until we get sick watching him or he eats nothing at all! : for the monorail it is sooo relaxing! and always brings back memories from my very first visit!!!

Day 5
Part 1
Magic Kingdom

This was our last day :'(

We had to be out of the room by 11:30 so we got all our stuff out and brought it to the car. We packed up the car and went back to the West Depot to go to MK one last time on this trip.

We arrived at MK a little while later

The we rode Carousel of Progress

And we decided to ride TTA...


We got on TTA and we rode it and rode it, then we got to the Space Mountain part. And... it was dark. We figured the CM's were just testing the lights or something. Then as we went closer, it sounded as if they ride was going.
*The other times we had ridden TTA the lights had been on because they were working on it

Me: Why is it dark?
Mom: I don't know...
Me: Wait, why are people screaming?
Mom: Maybe the CM's are testing it.
Me: Oh.

SURPRISE #7
Well, we got out of the Space Mountain ride and outside into the light... and...
people... were... getting... on!

NO WAY.
We all went crazy (except DB10)
The line for SM was only 15 minutes!
We were yelling at the TTA car to go faster so we could get off. We practically ran down the ramp and over to SM.

This is when DB10 decided he didn't want to go on. He was scared they added something to it to make it too scary for him. So, my mom had to stay behind with him.

Dad, DB12, and I ran into line and waited... soon we came upon this looooong line of screens and buttons. They had added an interactive game to it. You had a little ship on the screen and you pressed the different buttons to shoot the meteors. It was pretty fun and entertaining.

Then we waited another 20 minutes or so (all together we waited 45 minutes or so)

and guess what?
My Polynesian sunglasses broke while waiting in line for SM I was really bummed, but I wasn't going to let that ruin riding SM after it had just opened for practice runs!

Then had been giving us warnings that said the ride may come to sudden stops, but we didn't care.

FINALLY we got on. DB12 sat in the front, I sat in the second seat, and Dad sat in the 3rd seat... and then... we took off!
Whoa. It was AMAZING! Every second you felt like you were just going to be flung down a HUGE hill! They even made the one hill they had a little bit longer (so it felt like). It was just AMAZING!

Wow. I had been so bummed that we would be missing SM this trip, but we def. had the time of our lives that day!


After the ride I had to trash my sunglasses because they had been broken and there was no way they could be saved

We met my mom and DB10 and told them how awesome it had been and DB10 said he was happy and would gladly go on the next time we came to WDW.

*Forgot to mention, SM was perfect, no stops during the ride at all! We were some of the lucky people who noticed it was open for the few hours it was open for that day

I can only imagine how excited you were to see you could test it out. the carousel of progress is my FAVORITE ride in Disney, if you can call it a ride. I think its because its the one ride that I remember completely from when I was little. I wonder what your next surprise will be...another vacation maybe????

Okay first...I have to ask...what is the video for TT? I had no idea they had one!!! Is it a similiar thing to like ToT or RnRC, where you wait in line for the room and then watch a video before getting out and watching more lines? I had no idea! It was a walk on when we went, so I guess thats why we missed it!

It's like a video where a man and a women are telling you that you are going to go on a test ride. They tell you all the tests they are going to put in (road bumps, breaks, speed) and they say they're putting in a surprise test. You had to wait a while to get to the room and then you have to wait in more lines (but they're a lot shorter) when you get out of the video.
