A Christmas Adventure Full of Surprises! (Updated 12/12) PTR link

sounds like a good day at AK and great start to Epcot! I have done Mission Space yet! I stayed out with Ashton and decided to come back the next day to it (we never made it back to Epcot due to the crowds and the rain--that's why we plan future trips, right :rolleyes1: ).
enjoying your report popcorn::

Yeah me too. Like the inside part is ok but the main reason to go on it is when you go outside.

Yeah (:

You'll just have to try it next trip :goodvibes
Thanks

The last time I rode Mission Space, they only had the one version. I loved it!!! This time I'm going straight to the orange side!

I'm with Connie - I haven't done Mission Space, either. She who doesn't scare easily from rides is a bit scared of this one. I've heard it makes you sick and I have vertigo, so I didn't know if I should try it or not.

I love Dinosaur! I love Primevil Whirl, too! I love to spin, and that's wierd b/c that ride doesn't mess with my vertigo at all! :confused3 That's a good thing! :thumbsup2

Can't wait to hear the rest of your Epcot day.

I also love to spin!! TT is one of my favorites as well. I love the outside part, but I also love it when it looks like that semi is coming at you!! They should've got my picture there the first time, I'm sure it would've been hilarious!!

Hmmm, if you do go on it, there's always those little baggies in there just incase you need them (:

That part still freaks me out, even though I know it's coming! My other favorite part is when they do the break check
Haha (:

Day 3
Part 3
EPCOT

[I just realized that I only have 2 pictures for this update ]

After an awesome ride on Test Track, it was getting pretty late and everyone was hungry. Where did we decide to eat?
Mexico!

The line for the QS place in Mexico was so long, it wasn't even funny. You know what else wasn't funny? The fact that we had to walk around in circles for 10 minutes to find a table! My parents waited in line to order the food&the boys and I waited at our table. The problem was that us kids were all grumpy because we wanted our foods, so we weren't the kindest siblings towards each other. DB's were getting along with each other fine, I guess they just chose not to be nice to me at the moment. So, I finally had to get up and move to another table, which was a table for two, to sit at.

When my parents came back with the food, my mom sat at the two person table with me. We had both gotten Nachos! She got the nachos with everything on it and I got the nachos with just meat and cheese

It was SO delicious! It was also really filling, so I couldn't finish it! I also had a churro, which was yummy

After our filling dinner in Mexico we rode the Mexican Ride, as we like to call it. After that, we went to wait in line for Soarin'. The wait was only 20 minutes, so we decided to wait in it. I love Soarin' It REALLY feels like you're flying through California. And the smells of the oranges and the pine trees, just top it all off! The only thing I don't like is that if you sit in the 3rd row (as we had to this time) or the 2nd row, you can see the people's feet dangling down from above you. Other then that, it's really fun! And we can go on it as a family (:

After Soarin' we rode Living with the Land which is always a calm ride.

Then DB10 decided he wanted to ride Mission:Space again. I really didn't want to sit in a seat and watch a screen again, so I said I'd only go if we did orange. But DB10 didn't want to do Orange, so I stayed behind with my dad and waited for my mom and both DB's to go. By then I was pretty tired from such a full day and not getting a lot of sleep. After what felt like hours, but was probably only 20 minutes, my mom and DB's came back.

Then we headed back to the POR

The nachos look so so yummy

OMG. I'm with the others. Those nachos look so delish, even at 8:24 in the morning!

I can't believe Soarin' was only a twenty minute wait. Good for you! I've only got to ride it once b/c other times the lines were just too long and FP's are usually depleted before I can get to them.

your picture of the Epcot ball at night is really nice. i love how it glows. & Test Track is one of my favorite rides at WDW! :]]]
the nachos look really great! i ate at Mexico's CS in July & didn't really like it too much, but i didn't get the nachos, i got some like burrito thing drenched in sauce. but i'll have to try the nachos one day! :]

I know! Soarin's FP's go so quickly. I'm not surprised, since it's an amazing ride (:

You should give the nachos a try, they were really good!

Saturday 11/14
Day 4
Part 1
Downtown Disney

We decided that today we would go to DTD! We hadn't gone there last trip and my mom and I enjoy shopping there and we all love Earl of Sandwhich!

On our way to the boat dock, I took a few pics.

When we got to DTD we went shopping, we browsed through ALL the stores (:
After a while the boys got bored so my dad took them to the LEGO store while my mom and I stayed and shopped.

We met up with them at the LEGO store where DB10 got some LEGOs.
After waiting for my mom and DB10 to buy the LEGOs (the line was super long!) we decided it was time to have some lunch! And none other then... Earl of Sandwhich!

On our way over there we stopped and watched the people drawing their pictures with pastels on the pavement. They were really good, I forgot to take pics of them though.

When we got to EoS the line there was incrediably long too! But, we waited in it because those sandwhiches are the best.

DB12 and I got the Italian sandwhich, but he got it without the sauce on it. Which is too bad for him because that sauce was THE BEST!
My sandwhich:

DB10 got the kids pizza sandwhich:

I forgot what my parents got, but I think one of them got the Club or something

We all agreed it was the best. So far, we had had a lot of good lunches/dinners. But EoS was by far, the best. If you've never eaten here, I HIGHLY suggest it.

After lunch we went over to the Sports store that they have there.
We looked at the Baseball stuff and found out they didn't have very good Yankee items. They should've had more things, since they had just won the World Series.

(At DTD each of the kids got their pics taken with something big- DB12's pics is on my dad's phone, so I don't have it on the computer)

I got my pic taken with my favorite princess

(See my sunglasses I got at the Poly last trip!)

Before we left DTD we stopped in Goofy's Candy Shop and DB12 got some cottoncandy and we all got slushy things
DB10 and I got the orange flavored one and DB12 got the coke flavored one

They were really good.

After we got our slushies we got back on the boat and headed back to the POR. Where we soon discovered our next surprise...
