When I first booked for early May, I got reservations by phone that I couldn't get online. Since then I was able to book some lunch ones online but not dinner. Suddenly there are tons of dinner ressies available for two.

Hope this helps someone.

Yes they have opened I was able today to get at 7:05 pm ressie for Friday July 29th today.

Thanks for the update. Just went online and got June 23 6:50. Last month all of June was booked. Yeah for 2TS. :cool1:OOP only way to go. I really don't get the ddp excitement.

Thanks! I was able to now get a reservation on May 27, for 7:00 Pm! :yay:

All I have to say is I LOVE YOU!!!!
Thank you so much for posting this! I made my reservations the very first day I was able to for our upcoming March Celebration and I was so dissapointed that I had to settle for Lunch at Le Cellier. I saw your post and went to check and was able to get a 7:50 Dinner the same day I wanted! So happy! Here is my happy dance :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:

Thanks so much!!

I just checked various dates for the next couple of months and all days had dinner reservations! I'm guessing a lot of people will be very happy. I'm wondering is this has to do them going signature in March for dinner? February is still out, so maybe thats one factor.

I got a 7 pm for 4 people for the end of March... I think people are changing their minds now that it is 2 TS credits. Especially if you are on the regular dining plan... if you are on Deluxe it doesn't matter as much...

I really don't think that many people suddenly canceled. I think maybe Disney was holding back the ressies to explain to people it was 2 credits?

All I know is up until yesterday the ressies weren't there and now there are plenty.

Glad it worked for people.

No, they were always there and available, but you HAD to call to book them and most folks would just look online and give up. I called 2 days ago and was offered a ton of choices for the first week of May. I choose a 4:45PM for dinner on May 5th. I read another thread that said they are online now and I just checked and everything I was offered the other day is now showing up (I checked the same day I called and nothing showed up online that day, but they're there now). I told the CM at DVC that I had to call because you can't book dinner online and it makes me wonder if she passed that info on to others for a fix.

I have a lunch adr, but I was thinking if the dinner ones opened up, I might switch. So, I went in earlier today, and there are plenty of options.

Did anyone who has been there before look at the menu to see if it has changed? There were lots of guesses beforehand that the menus might change now that it is 2TS.

We ate there 2 weeks ago and asked the CM if the new menu was out yet and was told nothing yet. I guess we have to wait until March to see what the new reveals.

Drat! Thanks to everyone here on the DIS I am soooo curious about this place. 'A really good steak' is one of the few things my BF wants on this trip. I've basically given up trying to get a table for the first week in March but sounds like calling can't hurt? Going OOP so the time doesn't matter. Seems like tables for 2 go quickly :)

They had several for the 1st week in May. esp the 6th and 7th for lunch time. I aslo saw some for Dinner time that week. I bet people are finding out dinner is now 2TS and are changing to lunch. So you better book now :thumbsup2

Glad I caught this post!! I had been trying for weeks to get a table and hadn't been able to. Just scored a table!!! :worship: There were tables for each night of our trip. Shocking! Thanks

Thanks for the head's up! I just booked a table for 5 June 6 for dinner! I had given up!

For those that are on the DDP- is it really worth 2 dining credits? That comes out to $50-$60 per meal value.

Unless it's really exceptional I doubt it. But at this time it's hard to tell. It's only a couple of weeks away from being a Signature and unless I'm wrong, WDW has still not released the menu. Personally, there is no way I would this late in the game keep an ADR at a restaurant, especially a signature without knowing what in the world they are going to have on the menu.

I also think the days of not getting an ADR are over for Le'Cellier. They are going to have to really raise the bar and not just raise the prices to live up to the euphoric hype that this place has received in the past. It's one thing being a great value offering average steak as a 1ts and now having to offer excellent meals for that 2ts; there are some very good signatures including a good steakhouse already at the Yachtsman they will be competing with. I guess time will tell.
