Alicia, Isabelle looks so pretty!!! We were all very excited to see her wearing the dress heather made!!! I remember how excited Heather was when she found that material for Isabelle! And now, seeing her wearing it at Disney!!! WOW!!! It makes me teary!!! I love AK!!! I'm excited to read about the rest of your day!!!

It takes us about 12 hrs to drive to WDW but I would def. fly to DL.
Hubby wants to pull a camper to Fort wilderness next time me go..not me I have been to WDW once(may/june 2008) and we stayed off site. I am darned if he thinks I am not gonna stay in a hotel room. I want to find the coolest kids pool. How was the pools there at the POP? Were the rooms big enough, beds soft?

I would recommend Pop over the other values, based solely on Disney transportation. It may be busy that time of year, since All stars share buses, you may have to wait a while. I, however, have not stayed at the others, and they do look cool! The beds are ok, nothing spectacular. There are 4 pools and a splash area at pop; 1- the kiddie pool, 2- Hippy Dippy, pretty cool, the main pool, flower shaped with "flower showers", 3- Bowling Pin pool, fun at night when the juke box is lit up, 4- Computer pool, a large square pool wiyh a large keyboard looking mat at one end. Defin. stay ON site, it's so much better!

Isabelle just loves it! Yep, I made the bow. Just wait until day 4!!!! That was our BBB day!

Actually, Denise, we booked the bounceback! We are looking at catching the tail end of it next year though, and thinking about Coronado Springs. So far that's what we've booked, OH! and the Deluxe dining! LOL!

Day 3 cont....

OK, have you ever been "star" watching, you know like LA or NYC? Maybe not, but you know what I'm talking about, right? Or when the paparazzi is shooting photos and a person is just trying to get by? Yeah, that's me, I am so ashamed, but I did that....to MICKEY!!!! Can you believe it! It isn't as if I wasn't going to see him later in the week. Here is the outcome of our runin. LOL!

It was like the CMs were his Bodyguards! Later, after thinking about it this way, I was a bit embarassed!

Terk was there as well, but Isabelle didn't want to see her, so we kept walking toward Africa.

When we got to Africa, I got us FP for K. Safari and we headed for Pangani. Halfway through, we spotted the dream team. You may not remember, but last year, while Matt and Isabelle were on Kali, Levi and I won Dream Fastpasses while walking through Maharajah. But, they weren't for us this time.

Isabelle was impressed by the fish!

We caught this interpreter talking about Meerkats.

We walked back to K. Safari and got in line with our FPs. It wasn't long before we were headed for our 2 wk. safari!
Matt and Isabelle were ready for the ride to start!

After the safari got cut short, we headed for the train station.

We boarded the next train and headed for Rafiki's Planet Watch.

Our destination was quickly reached and no matter how many times the CM over the speaker says this is the ONLY stop, some still don't get it. Thank goodness it wasn't me!

Isabelle stopped to do the discovery Club hunt.

Hey Alicia...love the newest update. The pictures are wonderful once again. Stop stalking Mickey, would ya!!! LOL.

After seeing all the stuff you guys did at Animal Kingdom, I think we might have to go back there. For some reason the only things we have ever done there include the Safari, It's A Bug's Life, The Lion King Show and the ride that is similar to Dumbo. (I know, I know...what is wrong with me???)
