So, I buckled down a week ago, after Isabelle came up to me and said, "Mommy, when are you going to make my first day of school outfit?" To be honest, I hadn't planned on it, but I couldn't let her down.
Here she is! It was still a bit dark this morning!
And, yes, those are the new Hannah Montana Crocs!
So, mandatory photos out of the way, I thought I'd snap a pic of her removing a link from our chain (actually, I think it was 2).

Then, after only a half day, we had an extra cool package awaiting!
She was SO excited when she opened this! Even the air bubble packing!!!! LOL! Isabelle loves art, and has actually wanted those twisty crayons for a while! And the coloring pages are all printed on index cards, fitting nicely into the file folder!

We have our first day of school next Tuesday- I didnt mak eany outfits for the boys tho, didnt think they would wear them. Hopefully I will have a girl to dress up someday

No, I used my new machine, that I have had since March, that is already messing up! Ugghhh....And I've only made a couple of things!

Wow, I am surprised that the first day of school is already here for some. We still have a 3 weeks for us, but I too will have a 1st grader!

Aww, your family fun day sounds wonderful. I love paddle boats! There is a park not too far from here that rents paddle boats too..hmmm...maybe something to do tomorrow!!! Thanks for the idea!
Now let me tell you those wedding pictures are STUNNING. Matt and you make such an adorable couple!!! You definitely need to frame those. And I agree with the others, that one of Isabelle is just BEAUTIFUL. I love black and white photos! That is a keeper for sure!!!!!!
Ohh and last but not least, I love all the new little surprises Isabelle got in the mail today!!! She looks so happy opening all of it. How cool you got all those coloring pages!!! Thank you so much for sharing all these pictures with us!!! You are so sweet!!! Talk with ya tomorrow!!!

Hi Amy! I didn't want to do a poster like I did last year, I left the last one up until June. Levi "x"d some of the days, it was special and I didn't want to loose the special-ness.Hi Alicia - Isabelle was so cute on her first day of school! I love the outfit!
I also love your countdown "garland". We do the same thing - it started with a Christmas countdown a few years ago then the kids decided they wanted to do it for everything.

You did a great job on Isabelle's back to school outfit! I bought some of those fabrics to make my youngest an outfit for Kindergarten. I've got 4 or 5 days to do it after we get home from WDW.Here she is! It was still a bit dark this morning!
