A bit stressed

I am leaving for my first vacation ever (Disney) during the last week of April. I have booked everything with my TA at a place called the flight center. My travel agent who has now went on maternity leave said that i would get my tickets (park, plane stuff, etc.) in the beginning of April. I went last night however, nothing has arrived yet. Should i start getting worried? At what point should i start worrying?

Sorry I dont know as I booked directly with Disney, but maybe you can call them and let them know you are concerned, I am sure they will be able to put your mind at ease....

The Flight Centre is a very reputable company with offices in several countries. As your agent is on leave, I'm sure if you call the office someone else will help you out.

We leave here on April 26 and we don't have any documents either. Our TA said they have been mailed out. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I spoke with a travel agent at the agency and she has my flight information. She then had to look into my park tickets but said that they'd be there in an hour.
