the loss that "Emma'sGrammy" has suffered has touched each of us in different ways. We might be mere strangers united by an insatiable desire for sharing the passion of everything Disney (and then some), but more truer than that is the way we touch each other's lives in subtle ways. A simple hello, a word of advice, going a step above and making things happen when someone needs a hand or two, share a joke (become part of that joke ) a few good laughs and a few sad tears. We may be ships that pass in the night, but we can truly say we care. Sorry, this is a little OT, but logging on to this site today took on a different feeling for me.

This is definitely not what you expect to find when you log on.... today is different and very sad for me. It is horrible to lose any life, especially a precious little one we have come to "know". Please let us know if you find anything out.

As a mother to a 3 year old Emma myself...I am totally devasted for their family. My God be with them.

There is an article in a Pennsylvania paper with information about the funeral home, if we want to send anything there. It is the Samuel Teolis Funeral Home.

Perhaps we could send food to their house? I'm sure part of this is my ubringing, but it always seems that food is more helpful than flowers.

My chest hurts every time I think of this.

There is info on the "tragedy" thread regarding a memorial fund - I think this would probably be the most beneficial gesture as I imagine family and friends in the area are taking care of those immediate needs such as food/shelter etc.
