I booked my land and sea trip back in January through Disney online. Right after I booked, I checked the status just to be sure that everything went through okay. When I looked over the information on my confirmation I noticed that my DBF's birthdate was listed as 4/10 which is incorrect it is 4/11...soooo I called DCL and told them of the discrepancy and explained that I must have hit the wrong key, the representative went on to tell me that the screen in front of her had the CORRECT birthdate on it and that she did not now why my confirmation was incorrect. She assured me that as long as they have the correct date then all is well. A few weeks later I got a paper confirmation in the mail with the CORRECT date on it...but my online confirmation still lists the INCORRECT birthdate.
Has anyone had an experienced like this? Should I be concerned about the discrepancy or should I rely on the word of the representative and my paper confirmation?
