A Baptism, MNSSHP, & FD...sweating our way through 6 days at POP!! Completed!

We left Raglan Rd. about 8:30 and headed towards the West Side. We were looking in all the restaurants and even noticed 2 stands that had the Grey Goose Slush like they have at Epcot. We hit the West Side and decided to turn around. It was already getting late and we wanted to get Juliana into bed soon. So we walked back towards DTD. We both started staring at the Ghirardelli's sign. Melody said that she always wanted to get something from here. I agreed but I was just too full to eat anything else. We stopped in the pin trading store.

We stopped in Team Mickey. I was looking for a new Mickey hat. Nothing caught my eye so we strolled into TrenD. Melody found a few pins for Juliana then we headed over to the Christmas shop. Something was purchased here.. just don't remember what. We started to head over to World of Disney and I snapped a quick pic of Fulton's. I like that the balloon is lit up.

Inside the World of Disney we split up for a few minutes. I walked over to the pirate section to see if there was anything cool for my costume for Tuesday night. I didn't find anything so I started to look for a hat again. No luck.

I found Melody and Juliana. Juliana was trying on hats and she found pink Mickey ears with princesses on them.....

It was after 9 at this point so we need to find one more thing. Melody told Juliana that she could pick out any doll. It was a reward for her waking up dry in the morning. Well Juliana couldn't figure out what doll she wanted. Then she wanted dolls she already had. We were starting to get a little frustrated with her. I think everyone was getting tired. She finally decided on a Tinkerbell doll. We headed outside and we had to take Ana's pic with her favorite- Cinderella!

We left DTD about 9:30 and headed back to POP. It is a very short drive. We finally made it back to the room and we were beat. It was a long day! Juliana took her benedryl and went to bed. She was coughing a little bit. At some point in the night Mel ended up sleeping in her bed again and Juliana had another coughing spell in the middle of the night. It didn't last as long this time. We got a decent sleep. We needed to... we had a 8:05 ADR at Kona and were meeting Mel's Cousin and family in MK!!!

If the batter is the same as the kids chicken, you'll be loving it. I tried Juliana's chicken and it was really good! It was a light fluffy type of batter.

I was kinda mad that I wasn't as hungry. We had lunch at 3:30 after the baptism. There are so many meals that I wouldn't mind having here. I guess we will have to go back sometime.

Another great update!! Sorry you guys weren't hungry enough to eat everything you wanted to but there is "always next time" as we like to say. We love DTD and when we do a longer trip, we're going to add a day so we don't give DTD just one half day there - it's never enough time! Heck, there's never enough time for anything there, is there?

I love World of Disney and I took that exact picture of Mickey & Minnie in Halloween gear! If I ever to a TR, you'll see!

You have to learn to be like us...ask someone to take a group shot for you! Most people we've ever asked were more than happy to do so. I often will stop and ask someone if they want a "group" shot.

Well, it's Monday AM, time to check in!

Ragland Rd. looks great! I KNEW you'd go for the mussels!!! I KNEW it!!! And they looked great! So, did it end up being too hot to sit out, or were you comfy out there? OK, it wasn't even me, but I"m really bummed for you about the bread pudding. Will you go back in March? Can you try then?? Maybe an earlier lunch and a re-do?

I was totally cracking up at Ana's non-smiles. Kids! Good to hear that the coughing isn't getting any worse. and hooray for a good night's sleep.

I wanted something lighter since I was wasn't reallly hungry yet. The broth was awesome!
It was warm sitting out- upper 80's- but not too bad. There wasn't a breeze though, that could of helped. I will try the bread pudding someday, but I don't think we are going to be eating there in March.

Next time it is just us going, I'd like to go back to eat there again. I'll make up for my non-eating tomorrow at MK!!!!

I think I rested my camera on the railing to take that pic. I couldn't really tell how it came out until I DLed it to my computer. I like it too!

I hope to get to that sometime today! We'll see.
