A Baby's Best Friend?

Just wanted to get some feedback on ABBF. Found out about it on another thread and we are seriously considering it! Thanks!

but a quick one to answer. This has been asked many times, and I've never seen a negative comment. We have used them two or three times in Orlando, as well as one in Myrtle Beach. Always great service, and their fabric softener smells yummy.

We have used them in the past and they are a wonderful company. The items we rented were very clean and in good shape. We were very happy with this service.

Love ABBF! We rented a single Graco stroller and a full sized crib from them on our last trip, and couldn't have been any happier. Everything was sparkling clean and in good shape. Sooo much easier than hauling a stroller from home and then trying to have DS sleep in a bed. I would definitely recommend them.

Both items were waiting for us when we arrived and we had bell services bring them up (third floor at OKW so no elevator-he got a big tip!). At the end of our vacation we just packed them back up (save the boxes and ropes they come packed in) and had bell services haul them back to the front desk where ABBF picked them up.

Used them twice, no problems with them at all. I did have problems with CBR telling me it had not been delivered. I called ABBF, left a msg, and was called back quickly. ABBF told me where the items had been left, so I had to go to Bell Services and tell them where to look!

I was COMPLETELY annoyed, but was no fault of ABBF. If the resort tells you it's not there, I'd bet a hundred bucks it is. Just something to be aware of.

We are taking our kids for the first time this coming September. We're staying at BCV and I thought that they provided cribs and/or pack n' plays. Now I'm not so sure. Anybody know?

We used them twice - once in 2006 and once in 2007 - we rented a Crib.

Crib and bedding was VERY clean - and easy to put together and take apart. It was comforting to know that my little one was going to sleep well in a standard size crib - instead of a small crib or little pack and play.

Bell Services brought the crib - and then when we were ready to leave I called bell services to pick up the crib....easy, easy. Bell Services even give you a receipt so you have verification that you can use in case ABBF says the item was not were it was supposed to be. I did NOT have this problem - but it was comforting to have the receipt.

I HIGHLY recommend their crib rentals!!

rented strollers twice and both times everything was great! always there waiting for us, clean and easy!

Used them in May - no trouble. We rented a toddler bed, a crib, and toys. Everything arrived in perfect order. The only issue we had was at BWV - where the toddler bed was delivered - getting the bell services to find it. First, they told me it was not delivered. I called ABBF to confirm deliver - it had been delivered the day before, and was stored in the wheelchair room. I called back Bell Services to let them know where it was and then it was delivered.

I would use ABBF again.

BTW - we stayed part at BWV, part at BCV. They only have pack n plays available, and DS at 13 months is just not very comfortable in a pank n play for 10 nights - so the crib was great. DNiece was 23 months, so the toddler bed was great for her.

We used them in Oct 06. Our son would not sleep in the pack n play provided in the villa, so I called ABBF and they delivered a crib late the next day.
