A Baby's Best Friend Rentals

Has anyone rented from them? It seems that certain resorts are not able to have the items delivered without meeting them. I'm trying to figure out the timing and was wondering if anyone has rented and how they handle meeting to get the equipment?

We used them in Sept 2013 for a baby bed and a stroller. Once we arrived at the hotel, we called them to say we had arrived. By the time we checked in, took a quick glance at the gift shop, got to our room, within minutes, they were knocking on the door. Baby bed was GREAT - very clean, easy to set up, and stroller was also nice and clean.

We had an early flight out, and they were at the door at the exact time we had agreed upon.

We were very satisfied with their service.

I'm so happy to read your review. I was a little iffy on having to meet them for delivery and pickup. It sounds like they are on the ball and efficient!

Fingers crossed they have a crib available now!

We used them this September and it was flawless. In fact, when we return to FL next year, we aren't even bringing our own stroller and having one delivered when we get down there. I really do not like using a stroller in the airport!
