I was Wondering If Anyones Ever tried to Stay in the Park From 9 AM - 3AM ..... And Never left the park . like at New years eve Or Something . How Did you Ever Survive

We couldn't do it on a 9-7pm day let alone an extended EMH night....too much of a good thing for us......we're morning in, out at noon and back late evening......never ever stayed opening to close in 44 trips....see no need to wear oneself out.....

Never leaving? Nah, that would never appeal to me.

This year we do have a marathon day coming up....arrive at WL about 10am. In EP by noon. Then back to the resort for dinner. EMH until 1am at MK. then up for an 8:30 am tour!

Thats as hardcore as we get. Even this will make us tired. I honestly would have no interest in spending 18 straight hours at a park.

One time we did like 11am - 2am. My suggestion is taking breaks. sit on a bench by the hub and people watch, ride the tta, take a break in the carousel of progress. take some time to look through the shops, you may find a few diamonds in the rough. We always get ice cream right as its closing and sit on the curb of main street and watch everyone go by, then take pics of the castle at night with no one there. :wizard:

Why would you even want to - or consider it! That would go down as the Disney trip from hell.

In 2008 we did all 4 parks between 8AM and 3AM. It was just me (23 then) and my brother (19 then) so we were pretty young and able.

We did:

Hollywood Studios 8AM-11 AM (Toy Story 3 times, Rock N Rollercoaster and Tower of Terror)
Bus to Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom 11:15-1:30 (Expedition Everest, Safari, Lunch at Rainforest Cafe)
Bus to Epcot
Epcot 2PM-8:30PM (Soarin, Living with the Land, Spaceship Earth, Mission Space, Test Track twice, dinner at Garden Grill)
Monorail to Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom 9PM - 3AM (Space Mountain four times, Splash Mountain 4 times, Thunder Mountain twice, Pirates, Buzz Lightyear, Speedway, Small World, Dumbo)

We slept til like 2pm the next day though.

LOL ask me in 2 days - I leave tonight & MK is open 8am-3am tomorrow. We have to be there at 7:45am for our KTTK tour & we plan to try & make it past midnight. We're all adults & have no kids with us so that will make it easier. I've been reading about how crowded it is, so my plan is to just stop & people watch a few times to rest. Lots of TTA rides too for a break!

We've done it a few times, once when DD was 6 and again when she was 7. It is a long day, but those are some of our favourite memories. Wear comfortable shoes and take breaks in the park. The best time to break is when it gets busy. Also, eating meals at off peak times helps. Don't under estimate how tiring it is to stand in long lines waiting for food when you are hungry.

We've done it, but we're Disney Commandos! :lmao: I have pictures somewhere of the clock on main street showing 3:30am. It was a long, weary trip back to the hotel! And then we were up at 7am to head to the next park! Sleep is for the weak! :rotfl:

DD(33) and I did it back on NYE 98/99. We were visiting friends in Boca when DNeph called and offered us the offsite room he had booked. He had been called back early from a service leave. We thought "what the heck" neither of us had ever done the parks on NYE before. We headed for the parking lot at 6 AM (back in the day when the park opened at 7). By 9AM or so we heard the park was closed to incoming, so we just hung out all day. It was just the two of us, so we did all the rides (lines were looooong - no FP back then), took lots of breaks - probably took a nap in HOP;). We had a blast! I remember that I waited in the longest line I have ever waited in - over 2.5 hours for Splash Mt - but there was nothing else to do. We walked out of the park sometime between 1 and 2 AM and FELL OVER when we got back to the motel:lmao:. Must not have been too bad, because we both still talk about how much fun we had on our one and only NYE together in WDW - it's always a treat for a mom to spend one-on-one time with her kids - especially when you no longer have to take them to the rest room - we thought it was the greatest luxury that we could hold places for each other without leaving lines/parade spots!:goodvibes

On July 4 2004 we were at the Magic Kingdom from 8:30 am until 1:00 am. During the heat of the afternoon we did all of the inside sit down attractions, CoP, the Time Keeper in Tomorrowland, Tiki Room, Country Bear Jambore, etc. We also had a sit down Lunch at Tony's and a sit down dinner at the Crystal Palace.Even though it was the Fourth of July it didn't seem overly busy. We also went on almost every ride that day.

We spent the next day at Typhoon Lagoon Resting in the water and sun.

:worship: i am so impressed with your lack of need to sleep! wow! we are early to bed bed early to rise family..by 10:00p.m. we are usualy sound asleep. :rotfl:

Last summer we got to MK around 10 and stayed until the fireworks were over. It was an awesome day! We took breaks in air conditioned places. Our favorite was we got ice cream on Main Street and then sat and watched old Mickey movies by Casey's hot dog stand.

We didn't plan the day that way but the kids just didn't want to leave!

In 2000, my husband and I went to Disneyland with my sister and her husband. We went on Good Friday - this was before I got educated on Disney. I remember thinking it would be a good day to go, because people would be busy with their families and wouldn't be going to Disney.

Ha! :scared1: It was by far the busiest day I've ever experienced at a park - hard to even walk around. Massive crowds everywhere you went. Long, long waits for every ride.

Anyway, we got there at 8:00am and the park was supposed to close at midnight. At about 11:55pm we got in line for Rocket Rods and we waited for it for about two hours. I remember my sister and I literally lying on the floor in the queue, too exhausted to move.

But we were glad we waited for that ride (even though it meant an 18-hour day, by the end) because Rocket Rods was gone by the next time we went back to Disneyland.

Did it with three parks last year on good friday 8am to 3 am just like PP .. started in HS, then AK, then MK. Did not do EPCOT, had I know there was a club for 4 parkers in one day I would have at least walked into EPCOT. Nah, I wouldn't have. Don't get me wrong we love EPCOT! But we were worried with the 2 kids that EPCOT would be too much walking - the rides are kind of spread out. especially after AK, and we had a list in MK to get done!

We did DisneyLand from 8AM-2AM once, it was awesome! We never left, and we had a 1 and a 3 year old with us! They both had umbrella strollers and slept when they wanted. We only had one day tickets, we were in Calif. seeing other things, and decided to make the most of it :)

Haha, we've done something like this before!

But I don't think I could stay in the MK for that long of a day without a break!

We've done it and them some!! We usually get a 6 am flight into Orlando so we have to get up by 3 am to get to the airport on time. In 2009 we had a 3 am at Mk that first night, so we were up for over 24 hours straight. We were tired the next day, but it was a BLAST!

We did 10A to Midnight in October. It was a lot of fun, but we were exhausted and my feet were killing me.
