9A Bypass around Jacksonville?

I was wondering if someone familiar with the area can tell me if the 9A Bypass around Jacksonville is finished? I know the last time we drove down, there was a short section still to be finished. I believe it will be shorter than I295. Thanks so much for your help!

There was some construction right after you get off I95 but it didn't hold us up when we drove through on August 16. That was a Sunday around 2 PM. Driving over the bridge was cool. Truthfully I think it is just as fast to drive through Jacksonville most of the time.

I'd take 9-A if your within a few hours of rush hour. On a weekend or non-rush hour time frame straight thru shot on 95 is quicker.
