I ordered a 32 g thru HP and received a confirmation right away and it said it would be shipped on the 23rd. I have not received an email confirmation at all or my cc has not been charged. I guess I sit and wait right now. Will be upset if unable to find one.

Out of luck it looks like for me. We went to D.C. this weekend to take my wife to a baseball game for her birthday and missed the whole thing! Called around and of course everybody is out of them.

Barnes and Noble had the 32 GB listed at $499 but before the price was even reduced they went out of stock. I sat here and kept refreshing the page hoping they would drop it but no go.

I just returned from my Walmart where they are still refusing to lower the price. GRRRR... They have at least 6 of them on the shelf. I would buy them all and send them out to people here if I could get them to lower the price. *sigh* Waiting for the upper manager to get in at 9.

I spoke to Macmall this morning 1-800-MACMALL and was advised that my 32 GB was being shipped...asked by sales if I wanted another one.
Go figure.

This is the same company as "On sale" right? I ordered mine through a link on here that someone posted and the Amazon seller was "On sale"... after reading their store front it said that they a division of Macmall. My 32g has an expected shipped date but has not actually shipped yet. I'm hoping the inventory was up to date when I placed my order yesterday. Thanks! April

I had two phones going. Customer service said they were out but I'm now on hold for the "Home" person to see if they were telling me the truth. Not feeling too trusting these days.

I called and was on the home line and they also said oos. By the hold time I'd guess they were telling the truth! I tried to see if it would let me add one to my cart on their website and it won't, still listing the price as $399 and $499.

I can find the product, but, there's no way of adding to my cart.
Also, if you have ordered from the Canadian site, is there a shipping charge?

I got the unable to process your order status on BN.com but when I call they just hang up on you saying the call volume is too large. What a crappy customer service!!

In all honestly what do you expect. I tried from 8:30-9:30 AM. Started reading online (slickdeals) the answers people were getting. Pretty much standard script answers (heard management having meeting and reviewing orders, etc). Everyone who slammed the site last night and got that message is trying to get through. I have the unable to process but no cancellation but holding out no hope that it will arrive. Someone on SD or FW said something about existing customers not being cancelled yet...IDK if that is BS or truth. I am existing customer but still not holding out much hope.
