I just got in on the link. I just posted and thanked the person. So see my last post with the quote. It has it. Now its' not the $99 one, that is sold out. The bigger one is still there. It's $149. Bigger.

Thank you so much for the information. I just got one for my daughter for her birthday. She has asked for a tablet since they came out. One just was not in the budget since we were going to Disney. To save over 300+ dollars is amazing.

We just got our confirmation e-mail 1/2 hour ago!

It says we should expect them on Tuesday!

We just went with the free shipping, we didn't pay extra for the 2 day shipping. So I'm surprised that it says we should have them that fast!

It showed my order but I get an error when checking the status. Considering this is all going down on a Sat night & Sunday, I wouldn't expect them to be fully staffed to handle it all.

At least now I know I entered my email address correctly. I was starting to doubt myself.

People keep finding Amazon sellers with them in stock, so I'd say stick around and keep an eye out here.

In other news HP has finally given me an order status, which is a step up from getting absolutely nothing before.

After 18 hours I think I might have finally got a few of these from different sites. I am hoping to at least get two, one for myself and a Xmas gift for my daughter. I think that I might have locked up my debit card though from trying to many times and at to many places. So hopefully I didnt!

I saw on ebay that for $7.99 a seller will give you the information of where you can get the $99 Touchpad.

If you were not able to get one sign up on the HP website to be alerted when more are in stock. According to twitter they are not making more but are awaiting shipment of ones already manufactured so you may still be able to get one.

I had to wait for my confirmation email to come before I could check since I didn't have any of the numbers they were asking me for. when I did the regular log on to try, it would keep saying log on failed. Once I got my email with my ID numbers on it.. it was snap getting into it.. just be patient.. you will get it.. you are behind me with your order, you will be behind me with your email... Let us know when you do get it.. or have you and I just haven't read thru this .... or missed it..

I'd imagine too that a lot of sellers aren't actually liquidating and instead will send them back to HP. So here's hoping!

Just scored two. HP sent me an email to say more of the 32GB were in so I logged in to my basket and checked out. Already have an email and ship date.
Called tech support early today about the website freezing up so they put me through sales to hold them until the site was back up!

I mentioned earlier today that after actually purchasing two tablets, I went back to the HP site and found 3 more in my cart.

Well, after clicking to remove 2 of them - I wanted an additional $99 one as a gift for my son - the whole thing went away and I couldn't get back to it.

Went back to the site just a few minutes ago and there was the cart again with the same three tablets in it. This time everything worked smoothly and I was able to remove the extra two and buy one.

So, if the two in my cart went back 'in stock' someone may get lucky.

I set up my account earlier today. I was recognized by the system as having an account already as well.

The earlier purchase was done on a different computer - that may explain why my order was still in progress so to speak.
