I just got a cancel notice from Amazon. I am not happy. They charged my card and I had a ship date of tomorrow. This morning the order was fine-then an email.
The one from HP doesn't even show in their system.
So I am out of luck.
I am really disappointed in Amazon's handling of this. I order a lot from them and have not had anything like this happen. I can't even leave feedback because the order is just gone!
I guess that is how they avoid negative feedback from the purchasing community...If the order no longer exists, what can you complain about?
My order is mysteriously gone from my account too. I contacted Amazon and made them call my CC issuer with me to release the charge.
