$99 Bounce Back, IF you had more than 1 cabin?

On our cruise in Feb. We had a group of 10 in three cabins, all paid for together and linked but we also each had our own conf. #. The $99 offer says at least one member of the original sailing party must be on the $99 sailing, does that mean if 1 of us from each cabin must go again or could I just go and take 9 others with me who didn't previously sail???

Since the voucher was given to each room, it would seem that one person from each cabin would have to book the offer to get the discount.
