96 points for rent/transfer, SSR, use before 8/1/06

I got my approval letter today so I'm ready to rent out my first year's worth of points. These are 150 pts that have to be used by the end of July this year. Hopefully I can talk the wife into a trip next year so I won't need to rent next year's points!

I'm looking for $10/pt. I'm new but can point to ebay, etc for references if desired, and want to make sure that everyone's happy for my first rent/transfer. I've also done my research so hopefully there should be no surprises.

Update 2/16: 54 points are set to be transferred on Monday, so I have 96 points still to rent/transfer. I'm checking a few availabilities that will use up most of the remaining points but if you're interested in a transfer, that will take priority due to the relative simplicity. (Just because I can't check for availability until Monday anyway... otherwise I might have some rented already... no offense to any renters! I hope you understand!)

Are you looking to rent or transfer?

I'd prefer to move all the points at once but I am willing to split up. The terms for rental would be the usual - first night paid in advance, remainder before 30 days. I'd probably use one of the contracts that are on the main DVC base.

Talking to member services today, it turns out that I cannot transfer points until I've closed on my DVC membership - which won't be until next month sometime.

So, thanks for the interest but I'll have to re-offer them in a few weeks.
