No offense Tom, but $9 PP is a lot for "Distressed" points that you will lose in a little over 25 days. I bet that you would sell them right away if you get your price down to $5 or $6. That would still cover your dues.

Looking to stay at BCV from Jan 23-26 or 27. Studio, I think it would use 36 or 48 points. We're paypal certified and annual passholders.
