90's Kids

Nope like 1989-1991.
Because if you were born in says 1995 or 1996...did you really do anything that was 90's? No, you were too little to really watch the shows and play with the toys and stuff.
Just my opinion though.

I was born in 1996, when I was little I watched tons of those shows; Rugrats, Doug, Hey Arnold, Big Comfy Couch, ect.
Maybe it's just me

You sound really invested in this.

Not at all, I just see a lot of people who were barely alive in the 90's being all like 'i looooove the 90's'.
Bothers me a little that's all.

But on a different note, did anyone have a furby? I came across mine last year and I had to take the batteries out because it was talking in my closet!
Crazy.
Also who else had a skip it?
Who rocked the stirrup leggings and scrunchies?

I'm not personally attacking you, I'm just stating an opinion. For me to consider someone a 90's kid they had to have been alive for pretty much all of the 90's...guess I'm a tough critic.

Oh no, I totally understand where you're coming from.

I don't think I had a Furby. They creep/creeped me out. My 7th grade math teacher thinks the purple ones are gonna take over the world. :rotfl:

I had at least three furbies! They were adorable but boy were they annoying.
And those skip its that you put around your ankle and jumped? Yeah that never worked for me :headache:

I was born in '92 so I would consider myself a 90's kids. My childhood was surrounded by 90's tv and music.
Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys, N'Sync, Spice Girls... I had all of their CDS :rolleyes1

I had a furby, but he broke
I used to love the skip its, I'd do it for hours. It definatly kept me occupied, lol

I remember my Gameboy Colour, obviously used to play Pokemon. I had Pokemon Blue and chose Squirtle, who I think was my most used Pokemon. I remember someone at school trading me a level 100 Pokemon I can't remember so I could catch Mewto. He never asked for it back...

I remember Honey I Shrunk the Kids the TV show. I would watch it a lot with the family. I think it used to come on late at night.

I also remember Dragonball Z being on, which I believe I was obsessed with for a while. I would go to a friend's house sometimes and we would watch Dragonball Z and have Cadbury yoghurt desserts :teeth:

What about VCRs? I had to beg my dad not to throw away the VCR player recently because we still have more VCRs than DVDs. Most of them are Disney movies. Also, we lived in the Disney Renaissance era, when movies like the Aladdin, the Lion King, Beauty & the Beast, etc. came out. I remember the last movie we saw at the cinema on the High Street before it closed and became an apartment block was Tarzan.

Oh, memories...

Does anyone remember Sky Dancers?
I was so obsessed with this when I was little. My mom even made me a Sky Dancer Halloween costume when I was in preschool :)

I loved Sky Dancers!! They were so much fun, pulling the little string and watching them fly. Anyone else have the (small) Polly Pockets? Or Kitchen Littles?

I also had a furby... They creep me out now.

I wasn't too into Pokemon, I got the cards because I liked to look at them (and I liked collecting stuff...) I also liked Digimon. I mainly liked the TV show part of it.

Sesame street
power puff girls
out of the box
as told by ginger
Peace and love:hippie:

Oh gosh! I remember Out of the Box, and I also remember Bonkers and Freakazoid.

I have so many VCR movies, but no VCR! We don't have Snow White or Cinderella on DVD, we need to get them!

I loved those sky dancers! I went to babysit last weekend and the little girls I was watching had them as well. I didn't know they were still being made!

Pokemon (I still watch it to this day. First season was the best though.)
Powerpuff Girls
Dexter's Laboratory
PB &J Otter
Gulla Gulla Island (What was that thing, anyway? A tadpole?)
As Told By Ginger
Hey Arnold
Doug
Rugrats
Rocket Power
Recess

anyone remember that show Ghostwriter? I LOVED that show.

VCR's! I have one, actually. I have like 5 videotapes. All Disney movies. xD

when I was growing up, I was completely hooked on:
PB and J Otter
Big Comfy Couch
Mr. Roger's Neighborhood
Hey Arnold
Zoom
Rugrats
Arthur
All That
The Amanda Show
Bear in the Big Blue House
Little Bear
Gulla Gulla Island...I used to want to live there. seriously xD

I'm sure there's tons more, but those are what I think of off the top of my head

Boy Meets World was hands down the best show there ever was. I'm trying to buy all the seasons!

Oh, memories...

I had the original game boy (actually I've had every game boy system except the micro, but the original was my first one lol) it looked like this:
NintendoGameBoy.jpg

and I played Pokemon pretty much non stop on it. I only upgraded when the pokemon games started being for game boy color only lol.

Also, my grandma totally bought me a vcr for my 18th birthday because I was missing all those vhs disney videos! haha.

I'm pretty sure I had one of those as well. We definately have some Gameboy games that aren't in colour. I wonder if we still have it...

I remember when we would play games on the playground in primary school. It, hot chocolate, stuck in the mud, big bad wolf, polo, sardines, etc. I want to play them now...
