90 Pts at VGF @ $16/pt
90 Points available for rent (cannot transfer) at Villas at Grand Floridian . Can be used for booking reservations for arrival after September 1, 2017 through checkout August 31, 2018. Can book at VGF and all other DVC resorts 7 month in advance.
Holiday bookings are extremely difficult at the moment and have been booked 10 seconds in at the 11 month window at times for VGF Studios. Will diligently work to book right at the 8am mark to help get reservation and will walk reservation to give best chance available. Difficulty of getting reservation is reason for the added point charge . Need at least 11 months and 1 week notice to book most reservations especially VGF Studios.
Rental agreement used with terms of 50% paid by 10 days after receiving reservation number and confirmation (usually received within the hour of making reservation) and final 50% due 90 days before check-in.
