I'm 101 days out...I know I can call on July 4th...but is it 90+10 like the old way for disney quests?

On your 90th day you can make up to 10 days of ADRs.

It is still 90+10. However, what that means is that you can call 90 days from the date you check in and make reservations for that day, and up to 10 additional days as long as you are staying on Disney property. The "+10" portion of the deal works after your check-in date, not before.
