9 people, 2 rooms, and FP+

Okay let me say first last year we got to test FP+ and it was just us 4 in our room and I understood it. This year my sister and her family is going, staying at same on site resort, and since they haven't been in years I am in charge. So if I ask everyone to download the MDE and invite them to my family and friends, can I make FP+ for everyone in the party all at one time? Also I asked this on another thread about Be Our Guest reservations, can I make them for all 9 of us? When I get in the website it just shows the people in our room and I don't see where I can add people. Answers will be greatly appreciated!

We are a party of 9, two rooms, fast pass+ as well. My sister set up an MDE account for their room reservation, and I had one for our room. I called Disney Central Reservations, explained what I wanted, (because I was struggling to link the tickets to the bands) and they very happily set it up so I had control of both her account and mine for linking magic bands and fastpass+. My sister gave me her user name and password before I had called, and CRO did ask for it. They linked all the passes for me at the same time. I set up my fast passes, then shared them with the other 8 people in my party. Then went back and changed the fastpasses for those that didn't want to do the "thrill rides" to something else. Our trip is 32 days out, so I will let you know how it goes when we actually arrive. But as of right now, it is all showing up on MDE exactly as planned!

You have to link your reservation to theirs (and it has to be legal for 5 people to be in the other room, can't be a 4 person room).

Thank you for the info. I will call them tomorrow. I think I may almost be there, I can see there tickets and they can see ours plus the dinning reservations I had already made for everyone. Thank you again.

First yes it is a legal room, we are staying at Contemporary, we all are under the package that includes our tickets. Like I said above we can see each other tickets, are we fully linked or not until we can see each other reservations?

How we had to do it... all 5 rooms under my account and IT needed to delete the other accounts.

I could not delete it as it could delete the reservation. I'm guessing it sounds worse then what it was.

It was a lot easier for me to make fp choices with everyone on the same account

Another way to do it. Let them keep their own account and just copy your plans to their account
