Oh these people were on Good Morning America this morning. It was SO COOL!! They were standing in the middle of the street. Horns started blasting and out came ever character you could think of around the family. Mom was crying, dad was crying, I was crying!

I was crying while reading about it! LOL! HOW COOL!!!!!!!

Hi Sandy! We'll be up at the Park again the weekend of Nov 10 through 13 at the Grand Californian. If you folks can make it up that weekend, be our guest for Concierge visit! Now you are making want to go to DL in Nov instead of even thinking about Oct! LOL! The GC was the Hotel I was wanting to stay in...... I may have to call my TA and see if anything is available..... DH really wants to do the DD in Nov.....UGH!!!

Sorry I have not been activley posting or got a trip report out yet. We have been getting ready to move and just haven't had the time. I will get something out soon. I watched some of the videos I shot of the the shows (Disney dreams, Art of the story, Muppets, Susan Egan...etc) and it looks like they came out pretty good. I will transfer them to DVD and if anyone wants a copy, I will be happy to send one.


Celia-We will be at DL this weekend, Sunday the 8th. Don't know about November yet, but if we are planning to be there, we will definitely try to met.

Sandy-I didn't look at your pictures, only cause I wanted to be surprised this weekend. I'm sure they are great and hopefully we can run into each other again there.

Crystal- Please tell Clayton "Viva la Mickey Mafia"

Heidi-I hope they can save you pictures.

Brandy-Maybe one of us here could win an experience like that for DL.....or even just a Night in the the new Mickey Suite.

Hi Steve! Thanks for the head's up on the 8th. I may be able to talk John into a short trip to visit the Halloweenie decorations. The pictures are so wonderful that Sandy took, I want my own! LOL! Why don't you send me an email with cell number to hook up if we get up that way. I'd love to see all of you.

Sandy--Great DL Halloween photos! I've never been to DL...I'll have to make the trip someday.

Brandy--I heard about the Disney Dreams family on the news, but the video is really special! I can't imaging having the park to yourself!!! How did Disney pull that off....very early opening just for them? I know they didn't have the entire park all day.

Steve--I'll pass the message to Clayton.

I have given up on writing a trip report, although I enjoyed reading the reports others have posted. I've decided to do a slideshow report instead. I've "borrowed" photos that others have posted and add some of my own. I will probably wait until people have posted on the AOL site Karen is working on. Then I'll do a "compilation" of a bunch of our photos...a kind of "remember our cruise together" theme. I'm pulling together Disney music now. I'll also use some music from Sandy's CD to make it really special for us to remember.

, now don't think I have lost it. BUT, was one of you my Peter Pan on the cruise? I had so much fun with my dry erase board on the outside of my door. "Peter Pan" left me quite a few messages. We "talked" back and forth quite a few times and to this day, I don't know who it was but he said that he thought I was pretty. I fell in love on that one!!

Crystal, I have to say that Heidi (PoohFriend) was involved on that CD as well. It was a joint venture. She put it together and I did all the burning. Sixty CD's all together.

I may talk to dh about that one ..... He can show the kids where he grew up -- everytime we've traveled to CA (even the LA area) we are on our way to someplace else. so, the kid and I have never seen any of the places he's lived -- although during certain movies he has showed us places where he had hockey practice as a kid
Of course he IS trying to talk me into another DC this falll... he really wants to do a DD..... He is too funny!

We changed sites for the photo swap from xdrive to fotki.com. XDrive was not cooperating when dh was trying to do all of the downloading.

He has sent emails with invites to those of you who have pm'd me with your email addys with the exception of anyone who pm'd us yesterday.

Let me know if you are having any problems uploading your pics to the site. I've got eight little ones here today for a big birthday bash, but I'll be back on sometime tomorrow to see how everyone is doing. Also, if you pm me today, I'll get on sometime tonight to send more invites.

We are actually considering moving there!

We scouted property and floor plans...
now we are factoring in weather conditions...
the EXTREMES compared to California.
Don't know if we will actually do it..
IN THEORY, we will do it...
IN REAL LIFE... not too sure... too many extremes..
heat, humidity, bugs, etc... not to mention HURRICANES!
