9/7/06 10 night Wonder Southern Caribbean "Cruising in WONDERland!"

I saw that this morning on the news section of the first page of this site.
Disturbing, but Disney seems to have taken the appropriate action. We do have to stay aware at all times, sadly.

Okay...so I went to Ben Franklins as it is the closest to me...I only spent $92 on scrapbooking stuff! I haven't told dh and I don't plan too...

Now my questions...is anyone bringing scissors? I picked up stamps that are Mickey Ears with a letter in them...all sorts of paper...and a ton of stickers...
Like 20 packages of vacation types...now to not forget to pack everything!

When is this scrapbooking meet again, lol...

I substitute teach (and have a separate checking account) so DH DOESN'T find out what I spend on my hobbies! I've got 3 pairs of scissors packed as they will be needed briefly for the Flagbook class.

Would love a copy of the Roster spreadsheet. Even though we leave in a couple of hours - YEA! - we'll be at DD's and have access to computers, printers, and all sorts of other tech goodies until Thursday. I'm going to print my magnets there.

Looks like you are ready to go!!! I bought the same stamps as you, I think. I've also got some feet stamps of minnie, mickey, donald, pluto, goofy that I bought for my girls a few years back before I ever began scrapping. They come in mighty handy these days!

Awesome!!! This will be a wonderful way for us to share and keep the memories alive once the cruise is over.

Okay, we will be doing a photo cd exchange after the cruise. Anyone interested please pm me your name and home address.

What's involved:
Once you get back home simply put all the pics that you would like to share on a cd and then burn them onto additional cds to swap with fellow disers. I will let you know how many you need to send me once we get a final count at the end of the cruise. If you do not have the ability to burn cd's, you can send me just your copy and I will burn them for you. Once I have everyone's returned to me, I will get them sorted and mailed out to everyone. If you will also send $4.00 for postage I will send them all priority and pay any extra that may be needed!!!

For now, pm me with your name and home address so we can get this list going! It will be wonderful to see fellow disers and ourselves in others pics as well as all of the beautiful destination ones!!!!

LOL...Karen...I only got black ink and red ink for the stamps though...

I jsut finished up some bookmarks...I may make more...I currently have 66...

I am not putting my name on the extender gifts...lol...too time consuming...if you get something made out of foam...it is from me...

RateQueen: Don't worry. Consider it fortunate that he is OFF the ship now! These kind of things do happen on cruises, so it is always wise to preach safety to your kids. Although you're on vacation, a cruise ship is still like a big City.

and paid the money to change our flight! I didn't want to miss running around the ship making galley tour, bridge tour, or Palo brunch re servatons!!! Frankly, I just didn't want to miss running around the ship for 10 days with you guys! So, I took an extra 1/2 day of work off and we are flying out Wednesday afternoon. Now, to find a hotel! Just found out the Hyatt is booked and we purchased the Disney transfers. Is anyone staying at another hotel at the airport? If so, we can have our first Dis meet! Let me know.

My mom has had a cold for the last three days. I told her better now then next week, but now it has me worried that i will get sick on the cruise. I am taking no chances. We picked up some more cold medicine again to take with us.

Ok I'm officially nuts. I have one group saling in Nov, that I can't get them to pay up. So what have I done!? I have now turned around and booked group space on an Alaskan cruise. As if I don't have enough going on right now.

We're staying at the Hyatt on Wednesday evening with Disney transfers. Have you checked to see if Disney can book you into the Hyatt? That is their preferred hotel!

I still don't have a fish extender. Cannot seem to find one at the dollar stores and haven't broken down to make one yet. Got my fishy gifts, though.

Perhaps I'll finally make one about 3am on the 7th???
