All,

This is the current scheduled launch of the Space Shuttle.
If you are in Central Florida, you will just have to look to the east and
you will surely see the flame and the bright glow.
Also, this will occur during IllumiNations, most likely during the lull as
the globe moves to the center of World Showcase Lagoon.

Hmmm, if you are in Artist Point, you could walk to the back windows and look east, out the back, toward what was Discovery Island. East is behind the resort.

Hmmm, looking at Google Earth, it looks like you would have to walk outside by the pool, and walk as far to the right (close to the parking lot) so your view will clear the building. The Main Lobby would be to your back, the pool should be to your left, then you are facing east. A night launch is rare, and should not be missed.

You know, if it is a cool, clear night, this is going to look spectacular over IllumiNations! I wouldn't be surprised if those who see it and realize what it is don't break out into a huge round of applause and cheers. I am seriously thinking about going to Epcot Thursday Night just to witness this.
