Went to church (Sunday School actually. I am a teacher of mature ladies, friends of mine for over 25 years!) where I burst into tears after people started talking about portion control and how easy it would be to lose weight if "you would just learn to control your portions!" If only! But I am sick of the meds I take that make me eat out of control! But that will not keep me from putting on a swim suit so cover your eyes or go blind!

YOu GO GIRL!.Some where in the "GOOD" book [can we say BIBLE on here?] ,it talks about "turning the other cheek", You just tell them that you have 2 and which one do they want to KISS first.
