Hi there! My husband, son (3) and will be sailing on this cruise. We actually just booked and have never cruised before, so we are mostly lost in this process.

I was wondering, I saw a few posts about doing the Castaway Cay 5k. Do any of you know if it will be possible to leave kids in one of the childcare facilities while we do this. I think both of us would love to run it, but we will need someone to watch our son.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Especially today. I put on a skirt that I havent worn in a while. I expected it to be big...falling off....NOPE!! Tried on a shirt that used to be so big, I looked lost in...TIGHT!! Felt HORRIBLE!! So the answer to your question is, not good!

Without ruining anyone's ideas.....what kind of items have people exchanged/received in the past for the FE?? I'm just trying to get an idea of what to do....

OH...I don't know if you were still asking for characters for the family magnets...but, we would love to have Chernabog, my husband's favorite character....or Meg from Hercules if there is a problem getting Chernabog? (I can guarantee no one else has claimed him....hahahaha)

Well, I have never been on a cruise before, let alone done an FE. With that being a disclaimer to my answer I think anything that you would give to a child as stocking stuffers would be great. Candy, pencils etc. What *I* would like, and what I am doing also, is things that are specific to the city either your currently live in, or where you were from/raised/born. I think it is sooo totally cool (YES! I was a teen in the 80s!) to have things from different states. I would tell you waht I am doing from Nashville, but it's a surprise! And a trivia question too. You have to know where the name of the item came from. Educational AND fun!!

As far as Chernabog....what is it? But I am 99% sure Jordak can find it..whatever IT is!

OK so I am determined to do SOMETHING by September so I am at walmart to buy more memory for my NEW camcorder that I got with my CC points and think "mmmMMmmm I will get a hamburger NO! I will go by subway..." blah blah right? So I finally decide to go to Mcdonalds, get a grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad with an unsweet tea. WOOHOO ME!! I'm so happy so I get into my office to eat it and guess what. I forgot to order the Balsimic Vinegar Dressing that is like no calories. They give me the ceasar dressing that it comes with because DUH I didnt order it!

I just thought you would like to know that I am TRYING!!
