Sorry for the misspelling! So your BIL Scott, SIL, and kids comes under poohm? And you guys doesnt know the eating schedule? Do you want to join ressies so we can sit together (meaning having tables sitting near each other....DCL said parties over 8 will sit at different tables but near each other and can rotate table mates if you wanted)? If you want to sit separate we understand. We have some families that have requested that as well.

I don't think I ever chimed in on our favorite character yet - so.. Is Hamm taken yet? Can the Flood Family claim him (he fits us to a T, pretty much our shape and sense of humor ... AH Ha Ha! The evil Dr. Pork Chop! )?

Can't wait to find out how many adults and kids we end up with for the FE. I've been coming up with tons of ideas - driving hubby nuts already!!

Flood is our last name... and Hamm is from Toy Story... he even has a cameo as Evil Dr. Pork Chop in Toy Story 3!

One of the the things we've had trouble adjusting to in SC is "mashing" buttons - people tend to say that instead of "pushing" the button. Drives us nuts!

Having never participated in a FE gift exchange before,I have a few questions for you guys :
*Is it one gift for each adults in the cabin?
*Being that there are so many of us doing the FE,are we splitting the group in two? If so how would that work? Will you be assigning days/families to each one of us???
*Is it supposed to be anonymous like in a secret santa gift exchange?

I want to start getting FE stuff,but will wait for final count.
Jen is it too late to order a fish extender from you? I was reading the FE thread on directions on how to make one & since I am not crafty at all,thought it would be wise to just buy one

Not sure of anyone else, but our experience with FE has been this:
give gifts to whoever you want within each room, no rules
give the gifts as often as you want or just once
in some cases we received gifts only once and in other cases each day
when giving, we gave gifts every other day for our 7nt cruises or divided up the list and did 1/2 one day and the other the next day, meaning we gave each room gifts twice.
Also, some people only gave to kids, some gave a stateroom gift, others gave to each individual

In my experience doing FE has been fun and we sometimes did it with our names and sometimes not.....I would never hold anyone accountable for giving me or my kids something....it is based on what each family feels they can contribute. By setting rules of how often or how much, it may limit some families from participating...IMHO. I say, do what you can and give to those you want and when you want. No one will say you should have given more....
It is fun and should be fun....no rules!

Yes my BIL, SIL and kids are under poohm and they also want to be part of the FE not sure if you had them on there or not.

I'm not Jen so cant answer the question but I got my FE from her in the mail yesterday and it is FANTASTIC. I hope you have time to get one from her

Hi there! My husband, son (3) and will be sailing on this cruise. We actually just booked and have never cruised before, so we are mostly lost in this process.

I was wondering, I saw a few posts about doing the Castaway Cay 5k. Do any of you know if it will be possible to leave kids in one of the childcare facilities while we do this. I think both of us would love to run it, but we will need someone to watch our son.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Especially today. I put on a skirt that I havent worn in a while. I expected it to be big...falling off....NOPE!! Tried on a shirt that used to be so big, I looked lost in...TIGHT!! Felt HORRIBLE!! So the answer to your question is, not good!

OK I have not been on a cruise before but I think we are still trying to decide what we are going to do for the delivery of the FE. I think...as far as what I have seen with the discussion boards that people like to know who gave them the gift. I know I would because I would like to thank them for the gift.

Sweetheart, I have had orders for FEs for an August 8th cruise...like FRIDAY!! You have PLENTY of time to order one. Thank you for thinking of me!
