Popping back in after what seems like MONTHS away (probably because it HAS been months )



Gabe has decided that potty-training is NOT for him, so while I the castmembers at Flounders, we have had to adjust our budges and our expectations since instead of being able to get chunks of time at the club we are severely limted by the availability of hours.

Everyone have a safe and sane Monday!

Don't know how old Gabe is but I have a granddaughter that is 2 1/2, redheaded and has the stubborn gene to go with it. She has decided that the potty business is just not for her and diapers are a good deal! She may be the only diapered kindergardner ever! Her sister (5) says that when the 2 1/2 makes up her mind that she isn't going to do it, youmight as well forget about it because "she just isn't going to do it!"

Just thinking about the ships horn playing "When you wish upon a star" just about makes me tear up.

I packed all of our stuff including toiletries, pullups(for the boy who also refuses to potty train), fe gifts and everything else you could possibly think of into three suitecases its one more than I wanted to take but there was no way we could do it with just 2 so I feel like we are ready to walk out the door and start our vacation

Shouldn't you be able to catch it on a sports channel? Well I guess it would be hard to keep it in tune. You should get that satellite radio thingie. Can you rent them for a week? lol Maybe you can get text updates! I dont get too much into college football. I liked last year watching Tebow, Bradford, and McCoy but they are all pro now. No one to watch Like I have time to watch

Not much radio coverage for Georgia Tech in south Georgia or Florida. My son says he will send text updates but he will send that Tech is winning even if they are not! The game is at Noon and by then we will almost be in Florida where for some reason they play Florida State and the Florida Gators on the radio.

Oh well, no big deal, I'll find out how much we won by when we get to the Radisson!

Well, he took care of responding to this for me - Thank you, Strawberries! Our son will text us updates, and he may even do the Tech is winning thing if they're not but only because Sweet Strawberries has made it such a rivalry. In the end, we'll get the actual score. I have to cheer for both teams - can't cheer against my son or my Sweet Strawberries!

I am SO ready to go that I came home and made a Palo inspired dinner - chicken saltimboca or a reasonable facsimile! Now I just have to think of something to go with it!!! I left the chiropractor's office this afternoon, called my Sweet Strawberries to see where he was en route home, and he asked if we could go tomorrow. Oh how I wish!!!!!

I am looking forward to meeting all you fine folks face to face!!!!

Welcome back to the Breezin' to the Bahamas , we all missed you , I had to look back to see what the first day was when you first named and started this thing WOW! Oct 2nd 2009, and we where asking then " is there anymore cruising with us out there". Breezin' to the Bahamas has come a long way.

You can ask for ANYTHING! They'll try to please if possible. We cruised with folks once who were disappointed there wasn't a Mexican night. The next night at dinner, their table had a Mexican feast while the rest of us had the regular (but it was all great!) menu for dinner.

Awesome!! I have never had authentic Jambalaya before. I have had Zatarans, but not sure if that is authentic! YAY!!
