I know! I said that to Joe yesterday. I remember when we were all looking forward to it so much and now it's behind us. How did that happen???

It's just me working, still. It's been very slow but I don't want to jinx myself and get a last minute customer. I'm only here for another 20 minutes.

not sure if this is a good thing or not, garys really bummed out about being back here and he wants to be back in disney. he's been looking at pricing to go back next year, and he thinks £2500 isnt too bad. i've told him that i'm saving up for the 2011 holiday to singapore , and that theres no way i can help pay for disney so he'd have to cover it all himself.
he says its possible, and he really wants to go back. so do i, but in the back of my head i'm thinking its about time we start looking at buying a flat/house, and £2500 is money that could be spent better elsewhere, and we also both agreed when we were out there that we'd wait a few years before going back as nothing much has changed.
but he's adamant he wants to go back, and hell, if he's paying who am i to say no!! so its possible i might be back in september too! if we are, we so need to meet up as we're all on about going back again in september!

Hey guys!! I've been missing for a while!! I spent the last three days arguing with AT&T about getting their U-Verse service installed...it's been exhausting. I THINK it's getting installed Thursday now...but that will be our third attempt, so we'll see...I just really want it now that I thought I was going to get it Friday!!

We aren't sure when we're going back next year yet, although i'm positive we will be there at some point. I'm going to Disneyland in March. I'm hoping to go to Mexico or something for 4 or 5 days with Tim, going to Disney is nice, but it always ends up being a family trip, and it's nice to just go with him sometimes.

Lainey, i'll have to check out your pictures tomorrow. They look awesome from the ones I saw though!!

hi everyone!
cerby's feeling much better now, he's pretty much back to his old self, the last of the anesthetic has worn off and he's his usual daft self again. gary's happy too because his lovely hot pink bandage has now come off! cerb's gotta go in for a check up on wednesday and presumably to have his stitches out, then he should be all done.

Between my PTR and this thread, I think more than half my posts come from those! I really don't have much to do while I'm at work except during the summer when we're busy.

The laptop is great except that my internet connection is sloooooow. It loads up ok but if I try to upload something (like TR pics!) it takes forever and it doesn't upload half of the stuff I need. I have to get that straightened out before I start my TR.

Lainey, I'll have to check out your pictures. The ones Karen posted look great!!! You look gorgeous!

I definitely want to go back for free dining next year but I don't know if we'll go in Sept or Oct. I really want to go for my bday next year so I'm leaning more toward Oct...

I'm debating the same thing Karen. I know it's not a ton of money for us to go in Feb but I know that money could be better spent on something else. Like a new apartment. But I really want to go back....

i've told gary that if he wants to go back, he HAS to pay for the whole lot. he paid for the wedding in 2005, i paid for all of last year and all of this year, and need to save for the Singapore trip, so he knows he's gotta pay for it all.
if he can manage that, yay, we get to go back!! if not, we're not any worse off that we were before!

jenny, they're continuing the what will you celebrate for your birthday next year, but apparently they're cutting out the $75 gift card think they're putting something else in though.

i'm not sure whats up with me at the mo, yesterday i hand washed my car, today i've done a load of laundry and housework!! its an unnatural burst of cleaning energy!

gotta drive to the airport tomorrow to pick my parents up, its that time of year again when they come back from spain for winter.

found out i didnt get through to round 2 of the moms panel, then again i'm not that bothered about it. i knew i didnt have much of a chance anyway as i havent got kids, plus since i applied, i now break 2 of the rules for application! (work for disney store and work for another theme park!)

Work has gone by quickly today because I had a meeting almost as soon as I walked in the door til about 12-12:30. Right after that, I went to lunch. I really haven't done a thing all day.

yeah i wasnt expecting at all to get through, but thought i'd at least have to give it a try!
but i do start work at disney in 6 days, thats kinda cool!! when i was there last week filling in my starter paperwork, on the way out she mentioned in passing that she was going to try and organise an induction for sometime this week. she's off to disneyland paris soon though. as i start work in 6 days and its been a week since i went in, i'm guessing that the induction will be when i actually start work next week?
