9/24/09 3 Day Wonder - Cruise Meets, and FEs, and Goombays oh my!

yay, is there anyone in today to take it in if it does turn up? i know the anticipation, i couldnt wait for mine to turn up!

when i was waiting for my new one to turn up, there wasnt really anything wrong with my old one, it was a bit slow but apart from that, nothing much, but when i was waiting for the new one i kept thinking "hope it turns up soon, this one is cr*p!!"

Yeah, I had it sent to my mom's so her or my grandmother will be there to sign for it. Hopefully one of them will hear the doorbell!

The other computer is crap! It's so outdated, it still has Windows ME on it!

Hey yall sorry I haven't posted in a while I'm waiting for my computer to get fixed so right now
I'm having to post from my phone. Greg and I have decided that if my family does the land portion
With us we will stay at ASMo and if they can't we are gonna do CSR. I have to work today and miss my
Little brothers fall festival. Karen how is cerby doing? I guess I better go get ready for work I will talk to yall

Lainey! It's ok, I was just wondering where everyone has been. I guess everyone's trying to get settled back into real life since Disney.

I have tentative dates on hold at ASMo for Feb. Has anyone ever stayed there? How do the All Stars compare to POP?

I have had family members stay at both and they have said that the rooms at the ASMo are larger than the
Ones at POP

Thanks, Lainey! I picked it because we've never stayed there and Joe loves Toy Story...figured it would be a good fit.

jenny, bear in mind that the ASMo is due for a refurb, from what i've heard its a bit more tired looking (and in some cases tatty) than the other 2 all stars that got refurbed relatively recently.

lainey, cerby's doing well, including the claw he had removed a couple of years ago, and the one he had taken our yesterday he's only got 18 left now! but the drugs have almost fully worn off now and he's almost back to normal. plus i think he's secretly proud of his hot pink bandage!! lol

jenny, yay for the new laptop turning up, i'm guessing that you'll be playing around with it tonight? but cant wait to see your trip report that you can start now!!!

we've just been into town, gary neede to take his new sat nav back, he bought it a couple of days ago, it worked for a couple of hours ago then the screen calibration went funny and it wouldnt work. but he swapped it for another one and its all good now

i personally like vista even though all the tech people said its rubbish. i dont find it too different from XP.

finally (kinda) finished adding my borders to photopass, well as much as i can be bothered to do, i just found it soooooo dull...

Honestly, it's just a place to sleep and shower for us. If we were going for a longer amount of time to where we'd actually hang out at the hotel, I'd pay for a mod but we're not so no worries! I eventually want to stay in every hotel at Disney and I should see at least one of the All Stars since clients always ask about them. I find myself pushing Pop on people a lot when they want to stay value. I'm biased.

I'll probably upload my photos as soon as I get home. We're going to see Toy Story tonight so I'll probably start the TR tomorrow seeing as I have the entire day free!

Glad Cerby is feeling better!

we dont know what to do tonight, neither of us have got much money to spare and its hard finding stuff to do that doesnt end up costing a fortune.... watching ace of cakes at the mo

One of the guys from Ace of Cakes was at the Ranger game last week. They showed him on the big screen. I had no idea who he was, I don't watch that show, but Jeremy Piven was there too and I went nuts. I love Entourage!

He's been around for awhile, had roles in 80s comedy movies. He's on Entourage now (HBO) for the past few years, playing Ari Gold. Love the show!

ok, getting closer, but i havent seen that film in years and only watched it once because i thought it was pants!

And if you watch Seinfeld, the episode where the shoot the pilot for Jerry and George's tv show...he plays George! lol
