We can book on the 28th!!:thumbsup2 Wish it was today, but we have only been onboard twice! We are interested in one of the alaska cruises- flexable with dates- probably July or August- interested if any one has found any weeks cheaper, ? more expensive- can you book online or via phone only??

Check out the first post for all the prices compiled by cruise.

I know, I felt weird posting it-she wasn't trying to "get over" on anyone- she just wanted pricing and wanted her TA to know that she wanted it switched on the 28th. I posted it because I know some people here are unhappy to have the wait and I just wanted to say try-it might be worth it.

I have to wait till March while onboard to book; so I can only imagine the pricing then.:scared1:

I just thought of the poor CM I talked to this morning and how he had a couple guests giving him a hard time because they couldn't book this morning. I couldn't help but think that the wait times were probably increased due to every CM having to deal with a few of these calls.

Alaska 7/26
1A 011B (no ins/trans) $2,081.63 (sideways room!)

It was a transferred reservation, so I had $250 deposit already, had to add $350 more today. Not sure about 10% OB discount or OBC, those question are into TA at DU

PJ, was that a resie from the 12/06 cruise too so the higher deposit or is that due to the single supplement?

Hello,

This is my first post, so please excuse me if everyone already knows the answer to this...

I am going to book our first Disney cruise. We are looking for the 2011 Western Caribbean (October). I have been following all of your posts very closely and no one seems to be booking for that cruise. If anyone has, can you tell me how much? I tried to contact Costco and AAA, they told me that I need a CC number to even see the prices.

Thank you all for your time and effort. You are helping me to make informed decisions about this future investment :flower3:

It was form the May '08 cruise, (December '09 became December '10 and is now July '11) There was not 50% deposit in May '08, so I think that is why.

:scared1: $1800 Deposit for Alaska 6/28/11 cruise family of 6 :scared1:

GEEZ!

And $10,991.78 for a cat 11 (now 11A) and what used to be a cat 6 (now a cat 5B).
Does not include airfare or hotel.

Reserved but I think after DH and I discuss this we are not going to go.

Love DCL but...I don't know.

Can you break that apart (how much for the 11a, how much for the 5b) TIA

I would like that breakdown too if you can. I would also be booking those categories, but I would only have 2 in each room.

:welcome: to the DIS boards!

You have joined us on a very hectic day! You can pull up prices for the 2010 cruises to get an idea of what the prices for the 7 night cruise you are interested in will be. I confirmed with the CM that every 7 night on the Magic is on sale today, not just the Alaska & Med cruises. Due to the fact that these are the regular cruises the interest has centered on the special/new itineraries. If you have any more questions you can post them on a new thread in the main forum so that they don't get lost in this thread. :)

So has nobody reported mexican riveria prices yet.??

:rotfl:Maybe I will have to go visit my cousin in La again in 2011;)

Book as soon as you can, do not wait until you cruise.. It could well be that prices will be 10% more then and wipe out any On board discount.

Book now and if its still the same price then, cancel and rebook, that way you always win.

At least it is consistent with what I was told. :thumbsup2

Wow-still no MR prices?? Are these cruise available yet??

MRs are on sale along with all of the Magic's regular 7 night cruises in 2011 but no one has posted about them.

Thanks Andrew! I'll talk to my husband and see if he thinks it's possible for 9/28.

Unless I've overlooked them, there are no prices for 2011 Caribbean. And, since the cabin assignments have been changed, won't it affect the prices as well? We are sailing with 5 other families and want to be ready with our choices on Monday when it becomes availiable to us.

Thank you again.

Well, if someone just happens to call back (maybe you forgot a child in all of the booking excitement :lmao:) can you please price a MR for me-3/6/11 one adult, 17, & 12 cat. 10-if I have to keep refreshing this page for a week, my husband may take away my computer!:rotfl2:

>PC CRUISE: These quotes are listed by category
>IC Cat 4 2A $11766.54
>C04? 2A3K ? $14,408.80

Wow, at these prices, I may have to stick with the WB TA...even WITh expensive airfare for the five of us. *sigh*.

Or maybe we'll just scrap the longer cruises altogether, save some money (incuding on airfare!), and do a Mexican Riviera or two.

Gonna have to think long and hard about if I want to be on hold 2 hours for a $14K Cat4x. :sad2:
