8x8 autograph book help

[bare necessities]

Surprising my Daughter with a trip to the world in June. Wanted to make her an autograph book to kick off the trip. Trying to make an 8x8 book in artcow and having some trouble finding a first page.

Also if anyone does designs is there a way to have 2011 Daddy/Daughter Surprise Trip with the Phineas and Ferb gang. This would be for the first page of the 8x8 book

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
