8am BBB appointment, timing getting there

We have an 8am appointment at BBB in the castle, they want us there at 7:45. We are staying at the Wilderness Lodge. Will the boats be running that early?? Or should we take a taxi?? any clue how long a taxi would take to the Magic Kingdom??

Are they really strict on the 15 minutes early rule at opening??

1. Maybe. If so, be at the dock by at least 7:15am.

2. There are BUSES from WL to MK. Be at the bus stop by at least 7:15am.

Do not take a cab. Cabs can't drop guests at the MK gates.
They only have access to the TTC (parking lot across the lake from MK) or
to the parking lot at the Contemporary (if you tell them to do so) and then you must walk to the MK gates.

3. It is just a "rule of thumb" but try not to be late.
The buses begin running starting at about 6:30am every day.

thank you so much. I had read that taxis can drop you off at the gate. I am so happy to know otherwise now.

You can get a cab to drop you at the Contemporary and walk over. We did this with a 8am BBB appointment in Aug. Worked out fine & We didn't have to stress about not getting there. Busses for MK should start running about 6:30 though (at least they did in Aug), so you should have plenty of time.
