I was actually thinking about making some kind of banner for when we meet at TL - it's easy enough to designate an area, but finding people who may be out in the water could be tough. A giant lime-green banner proclaiming the area "FOCKERVILLE" ought to do the trick.

I'm wondering how many times we'll lose him this year. I think I'll generate a pool for each day and how many times Waldo goes AWOL. And then do a trip total pool.

OK, Jo can you add 2 more adults and 2 more children to the Biergarten list!

My girlfriend, who's son is Jimmy's best friend may be joining us for Fockerfest. They are only talking about coming for 5 or 6 days and I am not sure which days so I'd rather have them on the fockerfest numbers upfront just in case. Not telling Jimmy, thought it would be a nice surprise for him

I have already told her that our schedule is pretty much made up but that I would give it to her and she can decide what she wants to do each day and whether she wants to join us or not, and whether she wants to make ADR's at the same places as us. Do you think that was rude

That's so cool, Janet! And, personally, I don't think it's rude at all to give her the option to eat/tour with you or not. Flexibility is key, especially when combining families.

IT's freakin cold and now it is snowing! I guess I can't complain, this is the first snow we have had all winter!

Janet I don't think you're bad at all, actually the opposite I think it's really good to offer to share your vacation! Ellie came home today and said one of her friends will be in WDW the same time we are (not sure if it's true or not!) and could we meet up and I said if we see them we see them, you see her all the time so we don't need to meet. Whereas you lot I don't see at all so we have to meet

I've never been, but heard it's loads of fun. It would take a bit of time to get over there, but if they are willing to give up park time to go, I say go for it. LTT didn't impress me too much.

The boat from MK to WL is easy so it's not like you would be wasting a ton of time. Is this your last day you it planned for? You would go out with a bang tha'ts for sure

Well, I took Janet's advice and contacted AirTran about the flight changes, they happily moved us to a later flight.... at NO COST! My faith has been restored. Our departing flight is now at 3:15pm giving us plenty of time for some early morning breakfast and either a monorail ride or some Fantasyland fun!

I've also been working on PLAN C:

8/20 Travel Day - no plans, perhaps DTD for some grub.

8/21 Epcot - lunch at Akershaus Boys night out

8/22 TL - then MK Dinner @ Kona

8/23 MK am - EP Fockefest PM

8/24 AK am Donald's Safari Breakfast - Pool afternoon

8/25 EP am - LeCellier lunch - Pool afternoon

8/26 MK am/break/MK pm Lunch at LTT or dinner @ Narccoossee's

8/27 DHS lunch at MM - Pool Afternoon

8/28 EP am - Pool Afternoon dinner @ Spoodles or Yachtmans

8/29 Travel home day - Breakfast @ 1900 PF - MK or Monorail tour
