So I got my VD gift from Andy. He said it was something I've really been wanting - so I started jumping up and down screaming "DVC!!! I GOT DVC!!!" Sadly it wasn't DVC , but it was a neato Digital Video camera I've been looking at!

How come when I make a definate plan or do a booking, I feel like puking.
When I made my ressie's for our rooms for Nov.- I couldn't sleep all nite and felt like puking. Today I booked our airline tickets-I feel like puking. What is wrong with me.

Buyers remorse - I get that way all the time. DH thinks because it means the trip is no longer a "paper" trip - it's official, baby!

We all get that! I research over and over and even when I can book things I research the same things again! I get it!

Yep - that's exactly what it is, Marisa. Buyers Remorse. It happens a lot to me....when I spend a lot of money. Well, that's not true since we've joined DVC. Now I go into a panic over using points. They're so darn precious ya know!! And then again I nearly go into a panic state over my choice of resorts. BUT that turns into a whole other issue...

Of all the weekends to have to go out of town, WHY dies it have to be this one? I SO wish I could be around tomorrow to hear all about the call for the ADR, Jo. But I have to go up to Clemson for #1's state Lego robotics competition. I will try to check in at some point tomorrow night, as I really can't wait to hear how this goes over.

HELP!

I'm having dining dilemmas. Just can't decide what sounds good to me for Aug. I'm only there 3 nights (for now ), and one is already filled with Wienerpalooza, so it's not like this should be so complicated, right?!

We could stay close to "home" and go to the Turf Club one night. Or take the boat to Olivia's. Or to DTD for Capt. Jack's.

But Boma keeps calling me back. Man, do I love that place. But, do I want to tackle a buffet with Leo on my own? Though I think, at this point, I can leave him at the table for 3 minutes without fear. There again, it would mean getting out and going somewhere, which always sounds like a lot of effort until we're actually there.

Or, with the heat of summer, will we not have much appetite anyway, eliminating any need to drop $$$ on TS food. Not that Artists Pallette is a very appealing alternative.

I think that's a really good idea, just to be cautious. But, just for fun, I say make it for 55 and let them wonder about what to do with that one extra seat!

Well I was just doing some FDM and if I were to book a room only at a Value w/ AAA discount from 21-25th it would be $333, add in a ticket and that would be $215. Total = $548 That is not bad, a flight would probably be around $200-$250 bringing trip cost to $800 approx. Of course if anybody wants to share a room it would be less. $800 may be doable, I'll wait and see what my tax return is going to be.

Thanks everyone for letting me know I am not the only one that gets buyers remorse when I actually pay for something. This morning, I got an e-mail and it told me I had my airline tickets on hold, and I needed to confirm my payment by 9:30 a.m. I really thought I pushed purchase last nite. The only thing that stinks, is we are flying out at 2:30 in the afternoon and won't get to WDW till 6:00p.m. To me that is a wasted day, I wanted to fly out at 7:00 a.m. and those tickets were $50 more. I really shouldn't complain, I got Milwaukee to Orlando, then Fort Lauderdale to Milwaukee for $240. I just wish I could get those flights for $49, but Milwaukee and Chicago never have those kinds of fares.
